First of all this item did not come brand new!! It was placed in a ziplock bag. This is very useless!!

This product is great I had an computer that was running windows 7 pro and forgot the password and within minutes I was back up and running

Did as described I was able to delete the admin and write my own Thanks got a laptop that was given to my son and the gentleman passed so good luck getting the password well hold on there not so fast zap that password with thia zap tool. We used to do the same thing on 3.5s back way back when thanks cheaper than a new operating system.
