I used this product to reset my computer password. It did that but also deleted all my emails, documents and photos!! If you need help to reset your computer password take a look it a computer shop and let a professional do it for you! I took mine in and they were able to recover my e-mails but not my documents or photos!

While the password reset couldnt fix my problem due to old BIOS that we couldnt get upgraded Matt spent over an hour on the phone working with me on the problem trying to find a work-around. His customer service prowess is rare in todays world.

I was at my wits end when I have not been able to log in to my computer because I forgot my password. I sent an email on July 28th to The Jolly Shopper and I received a call later on from a representative by name of Matt, because of the time difference I was unable to talk to him. We set up a time for 12 noon on July 30th. Matt went beyond the norm to assist me, he not only provided me with additional instructions to reset my password, he went step by step. Worked perfect when other USB I ordered didnt. I have HP Pavilion dv7 from 2008 running Vista.

If you know how to change the boot order, this is very easy to use. One of the apps suggested to try first did not work but the second app was amazing. It immediately wiped the passwords for all accounts. Incredible.

While the product did not work for me, the tech Matt was top notch and did everything possible to try to fix the issues.

Spent several hours working on this. Maybe a computer expert could get results, but it’s not for the average person.

This usb worked well to reset a password. The instructions were very complete, little confusing, but was able to figure them out. I will use it again if ever needed.
