Product was purchased to boot up an old computer that had not been used for several years with password long forgotten. With some help from tech support, I was able to get it to boot up, but would not work to unlock PC. After more effort, was determined by tech support to be incompatible with my computer and version of Windows.

I have been trying to break into my college laptop for WEEKS! For the life of me I could not remember my password. I YouTubed how to get pass the password for my specific laptop (Lenovo) and the video showed a “password USB key”. Naturally, I ran to Amazon, read the reviews and figured it didn’t hurt to try! It sure didn’t because it WORKED!! Instructions were EASY to follow!

This usb bootable drive help me get unlocked.All i had do is go to bios setting and disable boot protection and priorities order for usb to number one and reset pc to get to nice zap UI. It was amazing UI and easy to change password to blank to automatcally sign in. I recommend buying this item if u ever get locked out it a good 30 dollar investment i made. It save me from buying new laptop.People really need buy this nice device.It actually works.

A top notch computer place wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to do what this little gadget did for way less. It comes with easy instructions and took about 5 minutes to do.
