> 24 hourI was very happy with this computer until 6 months ago when it started freezing and locking up for no apparent reason. I thought it might be overheating so I made sure I worked on a cool surface with plenty of airflow - nope - no change. Then I thought maybe while I was using it and charging and so I started charging only while not using it - nope - no change. Ive lost data because I didnt save fast enough. Its sad that at this point in our technology a computer with supposedly the most up to date hardware and software is still acting like my Gateway from years and years and years ago. Dont waste your money. Buy another brand or at least another model.

> 24 hourExcelente laptop con una incomparable relación calidad a precio. Lo único malo es que la RAM viene soldada y es mas bien poca (8GB), de ahí en fuera, excelente equipo!

> 24 hourThis little computer was wonderful for the first couple of months. Bought it for my daughter to use for school. So much hope! Well, fast-forward a couple of months and it stopped charging. Naturally I considered it might have just been wear and tear on the jack (its small), and was able to send it back to Acer to have them repair it. Of course they wiped the machine (boo), but at least they seemed to replace the motherboard the jack was surface mounted to.

> 24 hourI was SOOO excited to receive this laptop considering it has the AMD Ryzen processor. Two weeks in, the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH showed up. It has shown up twice since. I am in the process of returning this laptop. It is such a shame that it came defected. The screen isnt great, it doesnt get that bright. The sound gets muffled even at 100% volume. It heats up significantly as well when it is plugged in and using it for slight gaming.

> 24 hourA big improvement over my previous laptop. I use it for office work only, works perfectly for that, its lightweight and charges really fast. In 10 minutes of charging you can be back at 80% charge or so.

> 24 hourI am totally satisfied with this laptop with this price. Very light and strong hardware. Faster than MacBook Air with a half of the price. Macbook Air is more stable, but with this price, you cant go wrong.
