> 24 hourCompre este computador a Amazon desde fuera de USA, fallo a los 8 meses requiriendo ser devuelto al servicio técnico, tanto Acer como Amazon no se hacen cargo de un producto con despacho internacional. Si pudiera calificaría el producto con cero estrellas ante la inexistencia de servicio técnico efectivo.

> 24 hourI really wanted to like this laptop. Unfortunately, while its specs sound great, its way too unreliable. Some of the issues are minor like the fingerprint sensor working less than 10% of the time to more frustrating, typical behavior like freezing up on boot up or taking several minutes to cycle up, memory slow to respond so the cursor skips, etc.

> 24 hourAfter less than two months of normal use the led gained a large crack overnight. There is no visible sign of damage when turned off.

> 24 hourAfter reading about the AMD Ryzen I wanted to try it. Im not disappointed. This laptop out-performs any Ive had. It is fast online and it is fast with video editing programs. The display is fine. I bought my last computer without backlit keys thinking it was not a big deal but its so nice to have them on this machine. I do kind of miss the touch screen but Ill get used to that. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The computer lives up to its hype. And the price cant be beat.

> 24 hourMy Acer Swift went bad in less than a year! It would constantly freeze and go black requiring me to power off multiple times every week. Acer tried not to honor the warranty. After I finally got them to acknowledge it was still under warranty, they supposedly replaced the SSD. Less than 5 months later, I started getting blue screen errors and booting Windows became impossible. Guess what? It was the SSD AGAIN!!! I paid to get it fixed AGAIN from my own pocket. When I attempted to reach out to Acer to suggest that their repair was flawed to start with, I was ignored.

> 24 hourI was really excited about this product when it arrived. But then issues started to pop-up very early on: 1st computer the video was not working properly, after troubleshooting, the computer was replaced promptly. 2nd computer arrived, now after only a few weeks of using, the built-in microphone works on and off (pretty annoying when you have to run video conferences and all of a sudden no mic), after troubleshooting and resetting, i got tired of having to go through the all reset process and returning this item for a full refund. Disappointed that I got shipped two faulty computers in a row. My kids computer that costs 1/2 the money works way better! with equivalent features.
