I had my last laptop for 5 years before major issues. I just got this laptop in July. The sound is not working properly. It basically has this crackling sound. I cant use it for sound. I have to use another independent speaker and connect it to bluetooth. It keeps crashing and it keeps freezing up. 6 months in!!! This is ridiculous and I want my money back. I shouldnt have to deal with these issues with a new computer. I never had this issue before with a new computer. Disappointed with this purchase. Would not recommend.

A little smaller than i would like but a very good machine. Is there a setting to change the @ key to the proper one?

I bought this laptop because I wanted something to do school work on for college and something to play games on. It works great for everything school related. Its light and has a pretty good battery. Gaming works as well as you could expect. 80 frames in valorant low settings. 40 frames dead by daylight low settings. 60 frames phasmophobia low settings. It can a lot of games well enough on low settings. Older games on high settings even. Portal 2 was really smooth at high settings but I didnt catch the frames. Everything runs better plugged in but Every laptop is like that. Runs a bit hot on graphic intensive games, but hardly noticeable if its not on your lap. Definitely recommend for just 700 dollars.

Aunque suene lógico para algunos, hay muchas personas que quieren comprarse esta laptop porque puede correr varios juegos medio actuales. Pero eso es una verdad a medias, pues es necesario estar buscando las configuraciones adecuadas para que cada juego corra decente. Puede correr juegos como far cry 3, alien isolation, en 720p a 60fps y con detalles medio-altos (o más). Pero con los que salieron más recientemente es difícil buscar una configuración optima, o de plano va muy mal (como watch dogs 2). Es necesario optimizar la laptop con varias configuraciones (eliminar trabajos en segundo plano, poner la laptop en modo rendimiento, hacer ajustes en el Radeon software), pero es muy tedioso y siempre se calienta mucho en cualquier juego que sea 3D (aunque sea viejo). Otro detalle menor es que se formaron unas burbujas en la pantalla, aunque solo se ven cuando la pantalla esta apagada o con una imagen muy oscura. Si lo buscas para trabajar, la escuela y/o jugar juegos del 2012 para abajo, es una buena opción calidad-precio.

Laptop was received in a timely fashion, however the Network Adapter was either internally corroded or was never installed to begin with (meaning the laptop cannot search for routers to connect to); leaving the laptop useless.

Its nice and thin with decent battery life and an adequate display. Not many upgrade options but it will serve its purpose for university.

ive had this laptop for a month now (after looking for months), and i love it. the ONLY flaws in this laptop that i have noticed would have to be the screen quality, and the speakers. if you arent too picky about the screen quality, and want a great laptop, id pick this one. the speakers arent the best, but they will do since i dont necessarily constantly need to use them. I use headphones mostly anyway. the price, quickness, and the processor alone is way worth money.

Many issues with charging, thermals and just dissipation which I feel it affects it from performing to its true potential, many key placements, such as power not spaced properly or something, so wind up putting computer to sleep often and alot of times had issues connecting with things, microphone working on online conference programs...and did I mention the heat thing, the fans can get loud.

I would recommend this laptop for students especially!
