Totally easy to set up and get rolling and at an affordable price for a fast computer. Everything is very straightforward and its lightweight is something very desirable for me. I had a sticky key and contacted Acer support to resolve the problem. The online chat system was found to be lacking and not responsive. Upon the 2nd attempt and 45 minutes of banter, I was informed that I have to send my computer in to them to be repaired which due to Covid may take up to 20 days! Guess Im used to better service from other companies like Dell! This issue drops this rating considerably! However, I contacted Amazon afterwards and they totally came through with a new machine no questions asked. I am totally up with Amazon! Great job folks!

Bought this for my son at college. At first he was a big fan and then, for no good reason, the right SHIFT key cracked. Really annoying thanks to it being a third-party seller. Amazon rep could not get in touch with the company and then on the final day before my return window ends, no word still. Will have to return because I cant have keys breaking right away.

Light for travel, easy and clear to read. Battery life is as said (11.5 hrs approx.)

This Acer laptop does NOT support any kind of USB boot. If anything happens to the laptop, the recovery partition is the ONLY option. Dont buy this trash. Objectively horrible to saddle customers with laptops they cant load utilities on from boot.

I bought and thought I was getting a steal... Laptop itself is ok with the AMD chip has plenty of power, but the memory sims are actually soldered to the mother board and cannot be upgrade.... I did get 8 gb and down the road I wanted to upgrade to 16gb or better.

If youre looking for a thin, light, laptop with a beefy enough processor to handle layout and design duties, as well as some gaming, this might be the laptop for you.
