> 3 dayI bought this laptop because I wanted something to do school work on for college and something to play games on. It works great for everything school related. Its light and has a pretty good battery. Gaming works as well as you could expect. 80 frames in valorant low settings. 40 frames dead by daylight low settings. 60 frames phasmophobia low settings. It can a lot of games well enough on low settings. Older games on high settings even. Portal 2 was really smooth at high settings but I didnt catch the frames. Everything runs better plugged in but Every laptop is like that. Runs a bit hot on graphic intensive games, but hardly noticeable if its not on your lap. Definitely recommend for just 700 dollars.

> 3 dayLike others have noted the screen could be better, but it is not a show stopper.

> 3 dayIt works perfectly at the first two months and I give it 5 stars. Purchase on June 29, 2021. Hear loud noise on August 25, 2021. Mail to Acer to replace fan on August 26, 2021. Getting back on September 3, 2021. Not as loud as before but still can hear something is making noise when I do certain thing (google something, open YouTube Channel, get the file from hard drive). Mailing it back on September 7, 2021 (long weekend so FedEx was not open). Getting it back on September 20, 2021 (today). The report mention they cant hear anything. I am using year 2015 laptop now and it is very quite. I am asking Amazon to get refund if possible.

> 3 day$666 for a computer that only lasted 1.5 years, with normal use. Unacceptable.

> 3 dayThis is not exactly a gaming laptop, but it crushes Minecraft. :) The Chromebooks I got the kids for about the same price just werent cutting it. Sadly, they are more work to maintain, and less secure due to the OS, but when doing Zoom and apps that are sadly still only made for PC or Mac, theyre kind of the only option. Zoom on my Chromebook with similar specs stutters if I do anything other than Zoom.

Hello!
> 3 dayI bought this for my son who is starting college, he won’t be doing a lot of papers on it so it is great for him. It’s light weight, has a nice processor but not a lot of storage, which we really didn’t need. He likes it and it does what he needs. I will say the first one had to be sent back due to a missing and/or bad driver and I did have to call tech support and yes, they are foreign so that did annoy me. It was exchanged with no problems.
