i bought this may 2021 and its February 2022 and Im already looking for PC.... it was great at first but over time the keys have issues flipping out even though the keys and caps are fine, the amount of mid game crashes Ive had are embarrassing, when I originally got the laptop there were dents on a few keys and above the key I paid no mind to since I was just happy......

Just really started using it and it has already crashed twice. It just crashes showing blue screen. All other features work fine though. Great keyboard and the biometric is also very good but the laptop is crashing and I do not have any serious application on it yet.

CAUTION -- Bought new, but mouse pad stopped working, sound got staticky, and screen was blacking out after 1 month.

Been using this laptop for about a week now and it’s probably the best bang for your buck on the market right now. Lots of people complain about the screen and it’s poor color accuracy. It doesn’t bother me since I don’t do professional photo or video editing but if you do that may be something to keep in mind. That’s pretty much the only downside - for $650 you can’t get much better than this. Build quality is decent, performance is similar to other laptops in the $1000-$1200 range, keyboard feels good to type on, and battery life lasts the whole day. You can have multiple chrome tabs or light programs open at once and probably won’t notice any lag. This laptop also handles FL Studio and Premiere Pro very well. This is not a gaming machine but I’ve been able to run overwatch and some other intense games at a solid frame rate with the settings toned down a bit.

Less than 6 months old and the laptop continues to shutdown on its own. Even when the battery has a high charge it will not startup until it is plugged in for charging. This behaviour has been going on for over a month. All of the normal correction suggestions made by Acer and the Acer community have not corrected the problem.

Solid laptop with good performance. There was a lot of bloatware that needed to be removed. Other than that it has performed spectacularly. Very sharp images and it can handle a large workload when needed. It would be a great buy for students and working employees alike.

Great laptop for the price. It performs well, doing everything I need it for as a new real estate agent.

Really nice laptop for the price, 500GB NVMe SSD, 8-core Ryzen 4700U, great (for integrated) video card. You can charge/power it using the USB-C port if you have a USB-PD adapter thats 45W or more (45W is when they switch to 20V). Very quiet even at full load, I know noise is subjective, but I am super picky about fan noise. The SoC (CPU/GPU) seems to always max out at 17W no matter what you throw at it, which does limit its multi-core performance, but keeps the noise / heat / battery life reasonable.
