Very pleased with this purchase. It has a premium feel. Boots up (turns on fast) and can handle multiple Chrome (10+) and word document tabs open at the same time without slowing down noticeably. My battery life had also been impressive, with a full charge lasting all day

Only complaint is the delivery. No signature required. My package had high chances of being stolen. Its an expensive purchase so I thought signature on delivery was automatic. So make sure you mention it on the description.

The laptop is very light, compact and fast. Boot up time is less than 10 seconds. The new AMD 4700u is a fast CPU. The keyboard has a solid feel to it . The back lighting comes through the numbers on the keys but you can turn it on and off as needed. The computer has a great look and it feels solid for such a light laptop. The only thing I didnt like is how the charger adapter plugs into the side. It seems cheap and easily breakable due to the angle it uses to plug into the side of the laptop. For the price of $650 its a steal.

After 50+ minutes on hold with ACER, I was disconnected. The laptop reboots itself every day and shows a memory error. After spending a full day getting the PC setup, I am now going to try to return it. The fan noise is quite annoying. My last PC was an ASUS Zenbook that ran for several years without issue or any fan noise. It is still working, I just wanted something quicker. I think I will look elsewhere.

does not work. Restarts randomly , some time microphone does not work, then speaker will not work and then some time it willnot connect to wifi.

Great battery life great screen quality perfect size

For the price, the specs are awesome. Used it for a couple months now and Ive had no trouble with it, except one time when it shut down suddenly for no apparent reason... but I it hasnt happened again since. My only complaints are:

La Notebook no enciende. Cuando tocas el botón para encenderla solo se prende y se apaga rápido la luz del teclado y nada pasa. Cuando me llegue el reemplazo editaré la opinión

purchased 4 months ago as interface for a prosthetic arm. battery failed to charge and only alternative offered by Acer support is t o return for repair. after only four months use the is very disappointing. Acer service were not prepared to go off script even when they knew i would lose use of my prosthesis fo a month. they didnt indicate they cared. would suggest avoiding this product if you depend on a pc as I must.

Great laptop for the price. It performs well, doing everything I need it for as a new real estate agent.
