Greater than one weekSeveral keys on the keyboard stopped working. Seems like a common Acer problem. Tried many recommendations, usually involving uninstalling drivers and re installing them. Unfortunately nothing seems to work. I got this computer for my daughter for college. She is still using it but has to lug around an external keyboard to use this laptop. I wouldnt recommend this laptop since I havent found a way to resolve this issue.

Greater than one weekMy only disappointment is that the screen is a bit small but that is totally on me. I knew the size when I bought it but didnt think that it would matter. It does matter a little. Otherwise, very happy with it.

> 3 dayGreat laptop for pc gaming if you can’t get a desktop. I recommend for new to intermediate gamers. Picture quality is amazing.

> 3 dayPoorly constructed keyboard. Keys wobble a bit when depressed; enough for me to return this laptop. Furthermore, there is a lack of contrast when backlighting function is activated which makes keyboard very difficult to read --- not good.

> 3 dayThis laptop is really quite good. The performance is incredible for the price and the build quality is better than what I expected by a far margin. I first learned about this laptop after watching a video by Dave Lee, and to me, it looked really cheap, but he said that the performance was really good, and thats what mattered to me. When it did arrive, however, the build did not feel cheap. The whole thing is made with solid aluminum and the construction feels solid. During Daves review, he mentioned that the screen was really bad. However, after receiving mine, although the screen had bad viewing angles, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In Daves video, he mentioned the biggest selling point to me, which was the performance. And after using it on some games, I can say for sure that his assessment was very true. I can run games like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice at playable fps (30-50 in my estimation) at all times. You do have to turn down the graphics, but for the price, its a miracle it can run at all. Less demanding games, such as Valorant, can be run at 110-150 fps. I have never dropped below 100 fps at medium graphics in Valorant. The keyboard is probably the best laptop keyboard I have ever used. The keys feel nice overall and there is a wide variety of function keys. The trackpad, as Dave mentioned, is made of plastic, but it does feel nice and the click is nice and satisfying. If there is one thing that I wish this laptop had, I wish it had one more USB Type-A port. However, the port selection is actually very decent and most people shouldnt need more than the included ports. In conclusion, if you are debating buying this laptop, I say you should go with it. For the price, there are few that can match it.

Greater than one weekI received the laptop in great condition and it performs great. HOWEVER, a few months after receiving it, it started making a beeping sound whenever the power cord or laptop was moved. I have to use it at my desk because if I use it in bed and I move even slightly, it beeps! The beeping eventually became CONSTANT and at the SLIGHTEST movement. All of the research I found says that the laptop is going in and out of charging, hence the beeping, and kept pointing to the issue being the charge port. After deciding that its a problem that I cant fix, that I cant afford to replace the laptop right now, and realized that I am long outside of the return window, I just resigned to having to hear this CONSTANT ANNOYING beeping anytime my laptop moved.
