This laptop is a steal! For under a $1000 you get a great laptop that runs well and has plenty of power. The battery life is great and I have zero complaints about it.

cant even run fallout 4 with big lag.

None of the zip-dang features could make up for the abysmal display.

Speakers were a joke for a $600+ laptop-- useless pretty much. The screen is not all good either compared to other premium laptops or MacBook. I had $300+ Hp that performed around the same level if not better. I would not recommend this laptop.

I use this laptop to monitor and record 7 security cameras non-stop, 4 of them at 1080p resolution, so the constant workload is significant. The laptop is hooked up to an external 27 monitor and an external 6 TB drive to save over a month worth of video, then they get deleted. The laptop is sitting on a cooling pad, because the upper left corner got quite hot. That it can handle so much network traffic and write all the videos to disk is quite impressive.

I couldnt believe how lightweight this thing was. Very fast, works great as a school computer and a modest gaming rig. And fingerprint readers are always a bonus.

The only thing swift about this product, is how swiftly it convinces you to not buy another acer product ever again.

Fan makes noise from time to time. Have to tap the lap top to stop the noise. Low quality. Backlit key board does not light the key symbols and does not help see individual keys. Will not buy another ACER

This is not the best Acer Ive owned. Acer excels at delivering big bang for the buck computers for home use. Ive been a faithful Acer customer since 2009 and have never been disappointed. For high performance in a general use home laptop they go beyond the call of duty.
