> 3 dayIve been using this laptop a while now, over a year, (I am currently even) and its a very nice little device. I do a lot of word-processing and some lite gaming and of course internet browsing. For the price, you wont find much that is this powerful. I use it daily and for several hours at a time. The battery life is quite good even a year in. For gaming, I dont play anything terribly taxing, think The Sims, Minecraft, or Project Zomboid. My only real gripe is that the comma key is wonky and has been wonky since just a few months after purchase. Not enough for me to seek a return or repair, just annoying, it keeps popping up. Not great when youre, you know, writing and editing documents, but overall I really love this little computer so I cant be that mad about it.

It works!
> 3 dayThis laptop doesn’t have good enough processor for my work so I decided to keep it in my bedroom for browsing and surfing. Definitely not your goto choice if you’re a gamer but the specification is just enough for daily uses. I found that the screen quality isn’t the best, the speaker isn’t the best either. But for the price you pay, this is a great laptop with compatible processor. You can expect to spend at least $1000 for another competitive brands. That being said, little bit of fall in quality doesn’t bother me at all. Overal great laptop for its money!

> 3 dayI bought two of these laptops for my kids. One year later (yes, just after the warranty expires) they both have keys fall off. Now, one of them has such laggy graphics despite everything Ive tried, and he cant use it to play any games. I wont be purchasing Acer laptops again.

> 3 dayLiked the feel of the unit, very lightweight, Much faster than my desktop at virtually everything. The battery lasts a long time and recharges are quick. Running Windows 10 Home and very stable. Lightning fast Intel Wi-Fi. Great value for the money. You wont be sorry.

> 3 dayI have had a never-ending run-around trying to get service from either Amazon or Acer. The computer stopped working two months into use, which was just past my return window for Amazon. Amazon was absolutely no help, did not want to assist me, and referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer gives me such a run-around that it is obvious that they do not want to stand by their warranty. The computer is a piece of junk. The camera is poor, it was glitchy before it crashed and now it is in a restart loop. The reboot USB did not at all work. I think that Acer may have the worst customer service. I cannot even speak to any positive qualities of the computer because I did not have it in working condition long enough. If yo want a good computer with good customer service, this is not the one for you.

> 3 dayIve had my laptop just over two months, and Ive not tried all the bells and whistles, whatever they may be, but Ive found the laptop to do the job for which I bought it, just with a number of annoyances.
