A little smaller than i would like but a very good machine. Is there a setting to change the @ key to the proper one?

After less than half a year of use, the computer frequently freezes, the screen cannot be dimmed any longer(not even through windows), and the sound from the speaker now sounds awful. What a shame since I was a huge fan of this computer in the first 4 months.

My Acer Swift went bad in less than a year! It would constantly freeze and go black requiring me to power off multiple times every week. Acer tried not to honor the warranty. After I finally got them to acknowledge it was still under warranty, they supposedly replaced the SSD. Less than 5 months later, I started getting blue screen errors and booting Windows became impossible. Guess what? It was the SSD AGAIN!!! I paid to get it fixed AGAIN from my own pocket. When I attempted to reach out to Acer to suggest that their repair was flawed to start with, I was ignored.

Ive used several different Windows laptops, and found the Acer Swift 3 to be kind of in the high middle of the pack in terms of its features and performance overall. Here are some pros and cons:

I needed to replace an older Acer where the keyboard failed (my own fault). Ive pretty much liked Acer in general - they arent the first brand you think of, but Ive had good luck with mine. This one is very light and quiet (no hard drive noise). The battery life is excellent. Im a little worried about the keyboard and how it will hold up, but its not much different than my old keyboard. I dont do any gaming or high-intensity graphics, so I cant speak to how it will perform under those conditions, but it does run my Cura slicer just fine and works very well for browsing and office applications.

14 días en llegar a Chile desde que hice la compra. Me encantó, superó por mucho mis expectativas. La pantalla es Mate y espectacular, la batería dura muchísimo, el lector de huellas súper rápido, el procesador es muy veloz, la única contra que le encuentro es el volumen de los altavoces, pero suena muy bien en cuanto a calidad. Instalé el LoL y corre súper bien: a máxima calidad 6X FPS (aunque no lo compré para eso, lo dejo como referencia).

Dont buy it

Really solid laptop for the price, the screen issues are definitely not as noticeable as reviewers claim, unless you are outside the screen will always be crisp and bright. Performance is great too.
