> 3 dayIve had this for a bit now and it has proven the test of time where others had failed. The setup is super simple. I have a bit of network experience but when it comes to routers, this one made it a breeze. I was able to set up different logins for my tenant and havent had any problems yet. This is well worth the money for what you get.

13-06-2025My Asus wifi router stopped working after 4 months of usage. It stopped working once the electricity came back after a power outage. The Asus representative said the power instability must have damaged the router. The funny thing is, like most households, I have lots of electronic equipment, incl. TVs, Apple TV, modem, clocks, computers, Apple wifi router and a bunch of appliances. This is the ONLY product that got “damaged” by the power coming back after an outage. What a crappy product. Can’t return because it’s past warranty window. So crappy service/warranty on top of crappy product. Don’t buy!

> 3 dayI upgraded from my previous asus router because with a growing number of IOT devices and a large family, I started running into wifi drops. I installed this router and my problems went away.

> 3 dayI love the product easy installation, easy password set up for the two wireless networks and it works great. The 5 GHz easily goes through my floor to reach my basement with full signal strength, and the basement is finished so the signal is going through extra lights and ceiling tiles. We have a single story with basement about 2400 sq feet in each level. And the router in in the corner of the house and the wi-fi easily goes though my whole house. My old router had very weak signal downstairs sometimes good but mostly bad. I couldnt be much happier with my new router. Now I just have to wire my house to cat 7 or 8 cable, because my cat 6 cable is running across the floor and has some big cuts in it.

> 3 dayWayy over priced. Over 250USD MSRP on their site. It works as advertised, but I got gouged badly.

> 3 dayPairing this with an AX3000 and an AC68u in AIMesh mode over Ethernet backhaul. There are no deadspots throughout my house or in my garage and the wireless connections are FAST! Very easy to setup and very happy with the performance.
