    I recently purchased this Touted printer from Amazon.com. Its a great printer, however. Finding the INK cartridges for this printer are NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE and... when they are found thee EXPENSE IS OFF THE CHART OVERLY PRICED. WHY Amazon sold me a printer that would be so difficult as-well EXPENSIVE to replace INK CARTRIDGES is beyond my ability to understand. In searching for the Ink Cartridges, it seems more like a CLICK BAIT venture, LC401Black or LC401XLBlack or LC401 4 pack. Nearly impossible to find. I even had Amazon Support attempt to find the INK Cartridge Replacements and THEY could not find it. TERRIBLE!!!

    The thing takes forever to process anything prints 4 pages in an hour if it has an image and its directly connected. Insane. The print quality is great but man

    Printer works fine - but you cant get ink!! AND, it flies through the ink. I purchased end of October, and had to replace all the ink by January. Now, the black ink is completely gone already, and you cannot find it ANYWHERE!!! At this point, Im going to have to buy a new printer. Absolutely ridiculous!!

    Ive got 2 Brother printers and I think they are the best. I really like the way the ink cartridges are installed and removed. Paper input tray is also easy to load. They are easy to setup and connect on-line. I am happy with the print quality.

    This printer is loud, sounds like its chopping up stuff when pulling the paper in and when pushing it through while printing. None of my other brother printers in the past have done this & its definitely too loud to put at my work desk as it would disrupt my co-workers peace! Maybe is was banged around too much in shipping as they just slapped a shipping label on printer box and mailed out with no extra protection. Im contemplating returning this one!

    Bought this printer for the price after a previous Canon printer. This printer was confusing to understand,flimsy trays,and could not print business cards,which is why I bought it. I bought a new Canon and returned this one. Made in Canada.No thanks

    Greater than one week

    Sick and tired of HP, I decided to switch to Brother. The printer arrived quickly, packaged adequately, and was super easy to install. Ive always had problems connecting HP printers via Wi-Fi, so Ive always wired them to my computer. This Brother connected via Wi-Fi seamlessly and has held its connection since the initial install. Print quality is fine, scans are a touch on the slow side but thats ok, as long as it stays connected to my computer.
