Set up for mobile printing smooth as silk and it only take one time for the set up rather than having to reload and call hp support and stay on the phone for hours. The print quality is superb. Prints photos in accurate color without a border. Two sided printing is a single toggle and it will revert to your settings after printing. Easy. Reliable. Accurate. You could not give me another brand of printer after this experience

The black ink has been out for about a month now with no restock date. This machine is a useless paperweight since there is no black ink in stock anywhere. Dont waste your time either because brother will not help

I’ve always had great success with the Brother Printer but the two issues I have are 1. The picture quality is not on par with other printers and 2. The ink runs out so quick your probably better off just getting one of the ink less printers

The thing takes forever to process anything prints 4 pages in an hour if it has an image and its directly connected. Insane. The print quality is great but man

I thought I was replacing another model but I didnt. This printer works great until it runs out of ink. Replacements ink costs more than half the printer! I feel I would have gotten a better printer for the long term.

This printer is useless without the black ink cartridge. I have contacted many suppliers nobody has the black ink cartridge for this printer. I also contacted ink cartridge refill companies and they cannot refill this black ink cartridge.

I have several other Brother printers. Theyve given me a lot less trouble than other major brand names. Very satisfied with this one.

The printer came with many papers telling how to set up the printer. We went round and round for about 4 hours. Finally husband went to u-tube and asked how to set this printer up. Twenty minutes later the printer was printing out pages. WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO PEOPLE, SO EASY,!

Outstanding little color printer. Literally took about 10 minutes to setup ready to print. Connected to my wifi network easily from the printer controls, no apps or software to install and mess with. Drop the color cartridges in and connect to your network and youll be off and printing in minutes. Really a steal at $99.
