Brother MFC-J1010DW Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer with Mobile Device and Duplex Printing, Refresh Subscription and Amazon Dash Replenishment Ready

I have had brother printers for years never had an issue. This one stopped working with in a month. And unable to get any help

I ordered it yesterday afternoon, it was on my doorsteps this morning. Took about 8 minutes from taking it out the box to getting it completely set up and connecting to WI-FI and printing, easy and painless. The only thing that irked me was the driver left this unpackaged item on my second step where it was wet and could have gotten rained on and didn’t even knock or anything. Product 10/10 Delivery 8/10

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER! THERE IS NO BLACK INK AVAILABLE AND BROTHER DOESNT SEEM TO HAVE A SOLUTION. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULD STILL BE SELLING THIS PRODUCT!

This printer is great until you go to buy more ink. A hack is to change the date on the initial setup screen to 2021 year. Then power off the machine and remove ALL the ink cartridges and refill as needed with a needle and syringe as seen on YouTube. Then power back up and install the same cartridges when asked. It will then show them all as full.

THE LAPTOP IS FAST WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I am tired of these complicated, app driven printers that require all kinds of wizardry to set up... I took this one out of the box, installed the ink cartridges, connected the usb to my laptop and printed a beautiful page! Its pretty heavy and feels well made, and Im kinda surprised its this nice for a budget printer.

The only thing I dont like about this printer is how small the digital window is and the words are too small sometimes to see. The rest of the features on this printer is great. Simple to operate, Brother Corp corresponds with you if there is a problem with the printer, quick tech support. Love my printer

I genuinely hate this printer and I only paid $50 for it at Walmart before the inflation hit. I hate this printer so much I would prefer to drop it out of my window before throwing it away than passing it along to someone else. You may not print with black ink only. I cannot print the most simple black and white document because I am out of yellow ink. Brother brand was out of stock. I purchased a different brand. Brother has modified the printer to prevent it from working with other brands. Instead of buying more ink, I will buy a new printer. I cannot tell you how many times Ive had to buy ink I did not need to print one single doccument. I am over it.

So far this product meets expectations

I left hp because they ink bled me into submission. Now I find that brother not only has no ink to be found, unless you subscribe for some.
