> 3 dayThis printer is terrible. It fails to print lines in the middle of documents. I cant figure out how to fix it. I cannot trust it to print. We have to review every page closely. It causes a lot of wasted ink. I would return it if I could figure out how to.

> 3 dayI only need this printer/fax/copier for home use, so I think the price was perfect. Ive held out so long on getting a combo printer because I thought they were super expensive but theyre really not. Maybe office volume ones are expensive but this one is perfect for home use. The color pictures it prints are extremely close to the quality ones I got at Office Max!!! That means the most to me. Too much of a hassle to keep going there to color print.

> 3 dayThrough my experience with printers I might have developed a very little expectations, but I just love this printer because it is doing the printing job promptly and without a delay. The quality of the print could be better - however it is plenty enough for what Im using it! If you like a simple and reliable printer, buy that one!

> 3 dayI really DONT like this printer. It is too complicated to use (compared to my old HP inkjet): unnecessarily so. No manual comes with it so you have to find one online. Terrible directions and explanations in it--good luck with the incomplete manual. The printer just said it was jammed. Directions to fix it--awful! And it was not jammed but still had to go thru all the poorly described steps. Now, for some unknown reason, it is stuck on fax and I cannot get it off that--the manual directions do not work. I dont even have it hooked to a phone line. Cant do much else with it. There is no tech support I can find. Wait until you buy ink--take a deep breath first. Replace an old HP printer that just wore out. Brother, what a mistake. Waste of time and $. Does anyone make a good printer/copies/scanner in this price range? One that does not require an IT person or a 10 year old to use?

> 3 dayDuring set up the printer immediately showed error code and would not continue ,I was directed to live techno help there ,so since the printer would not function ,poor print quality,AWFUL tech support and poor valve for the money!

> 3 dayI love this machine. Set up was a breeze, its able to print photos with a breeze also. LOVE IT. I had an MFC brother that I got from goodwill and lasted me 10 years. Tried HP and was disappointed. I am glad I came back to brother!
