Brother MFC-J1010DW Wireless Color Inkjet All-in-One Printer with Mobile Device and Duplex Printing, Refresh Subscription and Amazon Dash Replenishment Ready

Nice looking printer went to set it up went smooth till I meesed up putting in my wifi password. Called Brother to see what i could do to correct they walked me through and it said connected but representative had me pull a report which showed wifi was indeed not connected. After further review and second call to be sure this printer can not connect to 5g S ince I have dual band router both 2g and 5g it will not connect to my router so was useless to me. Returned to Amazon useless to me.

I truly like this printer and great price

Ive seen several reviews stating there isnt ink available for this printer. There are TONS of companies that offer Brother-compliant, guaranteed, more cost-effective ink for this printer. Ive used these other companies to purchase ink for a decade and have NEVER had an issue. Please check it out before you write scathing reviews about something that is easily solvable. Note: I do not own this printer nor do I work for Brother or know anyone that works for Brother. Just trying to be helpful!

Great value, easy set up, prints very well. We do not use it a ton and there is still plenty of ink left.

This printer worked great until I went to order more black ink. It is not available anywhere. Im not sure why Amazon continues to sell this printer.

Not good. Constantly looses connection.

Previously had an Epson NX420 which suffered from the cartridges drying out between uses. This ended up costing a LOT of money in new ink each time. The Brother printer apparently has better handling of the cartridges when theyre parked, as there appears to be no loss of ink. Prints are crisp, clear, and fast, and the printer is quiet. Flatbed scanner works perfectly. Excellent product.

I bought this for the good reviews, so I figured I would leave an honest one. It seems like a good printer, but the set-up is unbearable. The on-screen guidance promptly told me to go to brothers tech support page to finish the set-up on my device. It did not seem like an optional step. The support page immediately instructs you download a guide and/or software (not clear) for the specific printer you have. After signing all of the sketchy legal disclaimers and downloading a questionable file onto my computer, I found that the universal support download is not even compatible for this printer. I tried connecting it to my wifi next. It is not always clear which button leads to certain results (like 3 separate wifi set-up buttons with different sub-texts). I must have clicked the wrong one, because it has been loading for several minutes now as I write this...

I ordered it yesterday afternoon, it was on my doorsteps this morning. Took about 8 minutes from taking it out the box to getting it completely set up and connecting to WI-FI and printing, easy and painless. The only thing that irked me was the driver left this unpackaged item on my second step where it was wet and could have gotten rained on and didn’t even knock or anything. Product 10/10 Delivery 8/10

I have several other Brother printers. Theyve given me a lot less trouble than other major brand names. Very satisfied with this one.
