You cannot buy black ink for this print anymore. So its basically use up and buy another printer. Just buy a color laser printer.

Dislike you cant find the black ink.

I purchased this printer on 18 Jan 2023. On 3 March 2023 I learned that there are no black ink replacement cartridges available anywhere on the market. NONE! I contacted Brother as the manufacturer because I believe they should stand behind their product. The agent admitted that no ink is available, would not provide me with an alternate printer (for which one can get ink) as an even exchange, and informed me that my printer was outside of the 30 day return window. I will also note that we have had continual issues with the connectivity on this printer. It is very intermittent. Works sometimes and other times won’t connect. Our wireless is solid for every other device in the house, so it’s definitely a printer issue. Thankfully, Amazon is taking a return and providing a refund. I will not purchase a Brother printer as a replacement, and have learned a lesson to make sure that replacement ink is going to be available for any printer I do purchase.

Perfect size and very easy set up and very easy to use wirelessly. Super impressed with this product.

I generally hate mostly all printers LOL. In past experiences, they work for a very short period and then I have all types of connectivity problems. This printer, however, has got to be literally the best printer i have ever purchased. No connection problem, set up was a breeze, prints all of my documents FAST. I couldnt be happier.

I absolutely love Brother printers. However, you can not get GENUINE Brother black ink right now for this printer. This is infuriating. I just bought this printer and now I cant get the black ink. I am very hesitant on using non brother ink because I have used non brother toner with another printer and it literally ruined the printer. Every page had a permanent black streak on it and nothing I did fixed it. I do not want to spend more money for another printer. This is outrageous. They need to stop selling this printer until the black ink can be put back in stock. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!!!!

You have to have yellow ink to print black and white labels. I guess so the government can keep tabs on you. I don’t have time for this kind of garbage. Also when this thing jams you better clear your calendar, you and your brother printer are gonna spend some quality time.

I have installed and used printers for 50 years...this is a piece of crap. Just changed internet service providers, it didnt find the router, so I attempted to add it manually being very careful, touch screen didnt work, using the directional arrows entered the SSID, it still didnt find it, it wanted me to move the printer near the router, which isnt convenient, everything was entered correctly, not sure on the warranty, but will check it out. Just ordered a new Canon. This printer went to sleep and I had problems waking it up, cant make a copy unless connected to a PC. VERY disappointed. Buyer beware!

The printer was everything that you wanted it to be I’m very pleased with it it’s operation it’s set up and it’s quality of printing

I just got and set up this little, inexpensive printer. It wasnt very hard although the wireless setup took some time to figure out. Once it worked wirelessly, i was pretty happy. Ive been using a Canon for years and buying off brand ink. Works fine. But there is none available for this new Brother! I realized that its a decent printer for very low cost because Brother will make all the money on INK. Luckily i dont use a printer much.
