It’s too big for us, labeling on buttons too small to read as is the button. I’m older and would take back but too much trouble for me.

I have had many printers over the years. We had construction business. We are retired now and I was going to use this printer for my hobbies. I installed new inks which were difficult to install. The printer tells me I’m out of ink! This is the worst printer I have ever owned!! You have to put in pass codes! It is not a safe, or a computer. Uses lots of ink.

I was looking specifically for a printer with dual side printing and a paper tray instead of the paper holder...this was perfect...

LCD screen is quite small.

This is perfectly FINE. But it prints pictures SO slowly. If you have to print a full page photo just leave it and check back tomorrow.

Just perfect. I have two others like this model, and this one is faster- USB set-up- and did not need internet connection. Highly recommend!!!

Brought this printer send to my family in the carribbean but didnt work that well

Pros: This printer has given me good quality and the price was excellent. I like all of the features like scanning, copying, and double sided printing. Set up was simple and smooth. Cons: The printer, at some point, will no longer allow you to print on an ink cartridge that it deems empty, even if its clear that theres enough ink left to continue printing at a lower quality. I have not yet figured out how to override this obnoxious feature. Now, pair that with every compatible black ink cartridge being out of stock (due to chip shortages I imagine), I might as well have no printer at this point, because once the printer has decided I have run out of ink, I can no longer print. I cannot say how much I HATE this feature!

Great product works great

Do not buy this thing. The ink has been out of stock for 3 months. The company hasn’t put out a message for us consumers saying something along the lines of “hey we are working on it” they simply don’t care. Also if you try to install off-brand ink, the printer won’t accept it. Seriously do not buy this.
