This bit is an excellent choice. Its well-machined, durable, and sharp. Thats really all that needs to be said.

When used properly at the correct speed and depth of cut it created a butter smooth edge on my Padauk desk top with no burning, chatter, or chipping.

This was the perfect tool for my project. It was very helpful to have the cutting diagram with the cutting angle shown. It cut fast and accurate. The cut was what I needed for my kitchen cabinet repair. After completeing my project with this bit it is as sharp as when I opened the package.

I thought I could cut 45 degree joins with this but its really designed for a different purpose. My fault for not reading the description well before buying. It is a high quality big bit. USE WITH CARE.

Works as promised and has been sharp for 2 uses so far. A good price for this hard to find angle. A prefect angle for ourdoor frames to not let rainwater stand on finished surface. As a beginner to pattern routing I would advise to look for knots in your guide material as the bit will follow the knot gap and route a corresponding, perfectly matching gap, oops!

I purchased this bit to bevel the edge of a hardwood table top I was making. It cut the walnut easily and left a smooth finish. I have several Freud bits, they never let me down

This is exactly as expected. I started buying Freud bits to replace old worn or damaged. Will continue to do so.

The bit is excellent quality as are all Freud router bits (and blades). The problem (for me) is that I needed a bit that would cut 3/4 stock. This bit will not do that. It cuts 5/8 or maybe 11/16, but not 3/4 and certainly not 1 stock. caveat emptor.
