> 24 hourWe used the infant optics for the first year and a half with our son- during that time we ended up moving & we unfortunately lost it, so when we got pregnant with our second I knew immediately Id be purchasing the same monitor again for when baby #2 arrives in June! We went with the Pro this go around and its incredible!! If there is one product I recommend to moms, its this video monitor system! Im sure we will be purchasing a second camera in the near future as well!

> 24 hourI have three little ones under 5 and this monitor is amazing. The picture quality is incredible. The have it automatically switch from the two rooms. Sound quality is also great. The only problem I had is that the picture started going out in toggle mode, but the sound would remain. I contacted customer support who immediately responded and gave me some trouble shooting help. In the short term it fixed the problem but then it started again. I reached back out to customer service. I was outside of my warranty period but they agreed to send me a brand new monitor at no charge. The only thing they asked was that once I received it, send the old one back so they could work to figure out the problem and improve the devices for the future. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous Joseph from infant optics was and got this fixed for me. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourWe switched up brands (previously had top rated Samsung for first child) and we’ve been very happy with night vision, noise se Siri it’s, screen size and range. HOWEVER what compelled me to write was the exceptional customer service I received when we had a fluke issue recently; responses to troubleshoot were within the hour, even outside business hours, and the team went above and beyond to give clear guidance to troubleshoot issue and ultimately erred on side of giving us replacement items so we wouldn’t be without a monitor. I’m floored at how responsive they were (we were even slightly outside the warranty!). If only this type of service was more common with tech investments!

> 24 hourThis monitor so much better than the Wi-Fi one that I also purchased from another company (Miku). I love that you can also turn off the display but still hear noise and see the sound level even if it is muted. Our camera did break after using it for almost a year. I emailed infant optics and they responded very quickly and sent another camera they arrived in less than a week. I shouldn’t have spent the money on a Wi-Fi camera because this one works so much better. It has been one of my favorite baby gear purchases. Definitely had some anxiety while we were waiting for our replacement. They have a year long warranty and they did a great job honoring it. I’ve never had such a good customer service experience before.

I especially love the active noise reduction as I need to sleep without any background noise whereas my child needs a sound machine and this device only makes noise when the baby does, which is great. I highly recommend this product.

> 24 hourWhen we had our first baby two years ago, we received the DXR-8 as a baby shower gift and have been using it every night since. As we are expecting our second child, we were debating between getting a second webcam or trying a different monitoring system. We happened to find out that Infant Optics had an upgraded product and decided to give it a try since we really liked using and were familiar with the previous version. Pros: - Night vision is so much better with the Pro due to the higher resolution. I can make out features through the crib railings when it was blurrier before. - Larger screen that allows me view the whole crib now (webcam about 8 feet away from the crib). With the previous version, I would have to move the webcam left and right since my child has a tendency to roll around the crib throughout the night. -Menu options are almost the same as the previous version. The options have a small detailed description about what it does instead of having to find the owners manual to see what each options are. The Pro has dedicated volume and brightness buttons which is convenient in the middle of the night. -There is a noise canceling option which has been working for us so far. We normally play white noise (via google mini within a feet of the webcam) in my childs room and even though it says not to use it at the same time, I can still hear when he cries out and not hear the static from the white noise with the option turned off. Cons: - Our monitor unit arrived with pieces of plastic underneath the screen, but we have been in contact with Infant Optics and are getting a replacement sent. - The monitor charger is no longer a micro USB but rather a barrel jack type power supply. It was convenient to have micro USB as the charger for plugging in the monitor as that type of input is common. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for those that dont want to have an internet based/network baby monitoring system. I will update how it works with two webcams when Baby#2 arrives.

> 24 hourI wanted something that wasn’t on wifi or easy to hack. This is great. I sleep so much better at night having this. Quality is good. Sound volume is wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nursery cam.
