12-06-2025I LOVE the 8pro camera and monitor. Its everything we need with great sound and video quality. Its been 8 months since my baby was born and we have used the cam for only about 4 months of it. Today, only 4 months in the monitor stopped turning on. I have ordered an infant optics certified battery replacement to see if that is the issue - hoping that fixes it because we love this camera!

Greater than one weekVery reliable monitor with great night vision. Monitor stays charged a king time when off charger. Noise reduction option is amazing to drown out other noises like sound machine so you can just hear baby when they cry or make any noise at all.

> 3 dayBought this monitor a couple years ago and its been such a great tool that Ive gone back and purchased two additional cameras, mounts and lenses. The unit is easy to use and has a decent nighttime picture quality. I like that it has an ANR feature so I can have the volume turned all the way up without having to listen to the kids sound machines all night. The cameras are nice because they have different lenses you can switch out for different applications. I have a zoom lens for the babys crib thats good enough to see her breathing, and a wide angle for my toddlers room so I can catch him doing mischief without having to pan the camera all over. The power cords are long enough to be able to mount the cameras above the doorframe for a wider view. They work well with the adjustable angle mounts you can find on Amazon. The best feature so far though has been the customer service. My unit recently had an issue with a compressed button and they responded to my email in less than 24 hrs and sent me a replacement unit in less than a week.

> 3 dayI love the sharpness of the screen and that I can move the camera up and down or to either side just by clicking on the monitor! but after using it for 7 months the monitor just didnt work, it didnt want to turn on even though the battery was fully charged. I contacted customer service and Kristine responded and solved the issue very quickly. I think I had the most wonderful experience with all the customer service Ive experienced.
