> 3 dayThis monitor so much better than the Wi-Fi one that I also purchased from another company (Miku). I love that you can also turn off the display but still hear noise and see the sound level even if it is muted. Our camera did break after using it for almost a year. I emailed infant optics and they responded very quickly and sent another camera they arrived in less than a week. I shouldn’t have spent the money on a Wi-Fi camera because this one works so much better. It has been one of my favorite baby gear purchases. Definitely had some anxiety while we were waiting for our replacement. They have a year long warranty and they did a great job honoring it. I’ve never had such a good customer service experience before.

16-11-2024Purchased this Infant Optics DXR 8-PRO after recommendations from several friends in 2021. I previously had a Motorola baby camera and let me tell you the picture quality between the Infant Optics and Motorola camera doesn’t even compare. The Infant Optics has amazing night vision picture quality as well as day time picture quality. The cameras and monitors have worked great for daily use. This past month the monitor started shutting down when I would switch to scan mode- but a quick contact with Vanessa at Infant Optics Customer Service center had a new monitor being shipped to me the same day. Vanessa was quick to understand my issue and resolve my problem despite my monitor being outside the warranty dates. I would definitely recommend this baby monitor- not only for the quality of the cameras, but for the customer service you will receive!

> 3 dayQuick response, remote control of camera is a great feature, great resolution. A glaring minus: charging port broke in exactly one year. Seem like a common issue. They quickly replaced the monitor though, so excellent customer service.

> 3 dayWe couldnt be happier with our system and have been very pleased with the customer support from Infant Optics. Weve been using the monitor/camera for a couple of years now, and its been great. Recently, though, we started having problems turning the monitor on. I decided to reach out to customer support to see if they had any recommendations, even though it was out of warranty. To my surprise, they replaced the camera anyway. Their replacement arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. All that to say, were really impressed! We like companies that stand behind their products. I will also add that we recently acquired a second camera to monitor a different room, and the monitor has worked very well for that, too. Users can quickly bounce back and forth between different cameras -- it works great. Were impressed and so glad we chose the DXR8-Pro!
