Greater than one weekWe upgraded to the DXR-8 Pro a little over a year ago to replace our DXR-8 that we left at our family’s house so we wouldn’t have to bring it back and forth (we still use the old model when we are visiting and it is still great). We were so impressed with the new features of the DXR-8 Pro and love the larger color screen on the monitor. We have 3 cameras paired to the monitor and it really makes it easy to adjust volume and to change cameras with this new model. Even more impressive than the products is the level of responsiveness from the customer support team when we had a pairing issue with our monitor. We reached out to them over email and had a response back same day with incredibly thorough responses and ideas. After trying to troubleshoot without success, the customer support team helped us step by step to request a replacement monitor and got it sent to us quickly. We really can’t remember the last time we have had such a positive customer support experience. We would highly recommend infant optics!!

> 3 dayThis product works great. Its more on the high dollar side of baby cams, but you get quality. I like that it is a closed loop system to where it only broadcasts to the screen/remote. The camera changes from color to night vision well and I have had no glitches or disconnections from the baby monitor so far. The battery seems to last through the night if you dont have the screen on constantly. Otherwise the battery can drain in a few hours if the screen is on constantly. A remedy is to have it hooked up to a portable battery bank. I use a 20,000 mha battery bank which is more than enough to keep this baby Cam running for a long time.

> 3 dayWe purchased this monitor in August 2021 and have been very happy with it up until recently. When powered on, the display would stay on the Infant Optix screen and eventually turn black, but we could still hear the audio. However, we didn’t pay $300 for a monitor system to only have audio so I emailed Customer Service and I must say that they were super responsive. First, they recommended some troubleshooting tips, like re-pairing the monitor to both cameras, which we did and it worked. Then a few nights later, the same issue happened. So I reached back out to Customer Service and once again they were quick to respond and offer us the 1yr warranty option. I was discouraged to learn that we were 8 months out of the warranty, but they still agreed to honor it and sent us a replacement monitor within the week. Bottom line… monitor is great even though we experienced an issue, but thanks to their outstanding customer service (specifically Kristine Z), we are very happy customers and highly recommend this product!

21-11-2024I wanted something that wasn’t on wifi or easy to hack. This is great. I sleep so much better at night having this. Quality is good. Sound volume is wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nursery cam.

Greater than one weekThis monitor so much better than the Wi-Fi one that I also purchased from another company (Miku). I love that you can also turn off the display but still hear noise and see the sound level even if it is muted. Our camera did break after using it for almost a year. I emailed infant optics and they responded very quickly and sent another camera they arrived in less than a week. I shouldn’t have spent the money on a Wi-Fi camera because this one works so much better. It has been one of my favorite baby gear purchases. Definitely had some anxiety while we were waiting for our replacement. They have a year long warranty and they did a great job honoring it. I’ve never had such a good customer service experience before.

Greater than one weekI have three little ones under 5 and this monitor is amazing. The picture quality is incredible. The have it automatically switch from the two rooms. Sound quality is also great. The only problem I had is that the picture started going out in toggle mode, but the sound would remain. I contacted customer support who immediately responded and gave me some trouble shooting help. In the short term it fixed the problem but then it started again. I reached back out to customer service. I was outside of my warranty period but they agreed to send me a brand new monitor at no charge. The only thing they asked was that once I received it, send the old one back so they could work to figure out the problem and improve the devices for the future. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous Joseph from infant optics was and got this fixed for me. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI liked this product until all the buttons on the monitor started glitching. Now some buttons don’t work and others work for the wrong things. Nothing happened to the monitor to make this problem occur. Very disappointed as I basically can’t use any of the buttons or even do the factory reset because I can’t get there.
