I had an issue with my monitor and they stayed in touch until the issue was resolved. It is very easy to add a second monitor. We keep one in a case for easy travel / moving around.

Greater than one weekI liked this product until all the buttons on the monitor started glitching. Now some buttons don’t work and others work for the wrong things. Nothing happened to the monitor to make this problem occur. Very disappointed as I basically can’t use any of the buttons or even do the factory reset because I can’t get there.

> 3 dayI have been using this camera for a year now and we love it. The large screen and picture quality is awesome. They also have a great customer service, my camera randomly stopped connecting to my monitor and they sent me a replacement right away! We use a sound machine and the ANR feature greatly reduces background white noise as well. I am recommending this camera to all my mom friends!

> 3 dayWe love this baby monitor so much. We started with the infant optics dxr-8 and upgraded to the pro once it came out. We added a second camera about 18 months ago when my son was born, but the monitor kept unpairing from both cameras. I contacted customer service and they helped me resolved the issue. Unfortunately the issue kept happening, but even though we were already 10 months outside of our warranty, Vanessa sent us a brand new monitor at no charge. I will forever speak highly of this company and their customer service.

The noise reduction feature is fantastic and the picture on the monitor is very clear.Recently we have been packing the monitor for overnights with our daughter’s grandparents and had some damage to the monitor buttons ( I would recommend if traveling have something to store it in to keep it protected). I decided to contact customer service to see if I could purchase a new monitor. Kristine Z from customer service was amazing to work with. Kristine helped us get a new monitor quickly and without any issues. I am so glad I decided to contact them and have a working monitor again. Everything was resolved within 24hrs.

No WiFi connectivity issues Long range between camera and display Long battery life and the battery is replaceable ActiveNoiseReduction works well Able to be charged from 5V USB ports Like a 90s Nokia this just-works monitor is one less thing to worry about as a parent. Great product Infant Optics.

I purchased a defective monitor. My screen started to glitch and cut out within a week of me purchasing. I reached out to infant optics and their customer support was amazing. They sent a new monitor and it works perfectly. I’m very pleased with their products and the support I received. I recommend this product to any new parents/parents in general. Very easy to operate and you will not get a clearer image with any other system in my opinion.

> 3 dayWe purchased this monitor in August 2021 and have been very happy with it up until recently. When powered on, the display would stay on the Infant Optix screen and eventually turn black, but we could still hear the audio. However, we didn’t pay $300 for a monitor system to only have audio so I emailed Customer Service and I must say that they were super responsive. First, they recommended some troubleshooting tips, like re-pairing the monitor to both cameras, which we did and it worked. Then a few nights later, the same issue happened. So I reached back out to Customer Service and once again they were quick to respond and offer us the 1yr warranty option. I was discouraged to learn that we were 8 months out of the warranty, but they still agreed to honor it and sent us a replacement monitor within the week. Bottom line… monitor is great even though we experienced an issue, but thanks to their outstanding customer service (specifically Kristine Z), we are very happy customers and highly recommend this product!
