The camera is good so far. Resolution is good, havent had any range issues. The Active Noise Rejection cuts down the white noise machine significantly but not completely (which is fine, they never claimed it would work 100% with noise machines). One problem Ive noticed is the audio level indicator takes quite a bit of noise before it registers at all, which is a bummer since wed hoped to use it in audio-only mode with the volume down just using the meter. My guess is this is related to the ANR and would be more sensitive if it werent trying to cut out a noise machine, but I havent tested it. Not sure on the battery life yet, we mostly keep it plugged in. So overall, great monitor so far. Unfortunately, after you register the warranty they coax you HARD with a free second camera (normally $100) into joining some loyalty club, which involves writing a review wherever you bought it. Its not 100% clear if youd get the camera if you dont give them five stars, but they make it super clear they REALLY want you to give them five stars. I think this is a good enough product that the reviews would speak for themselves without this sketchy solicitation. They seem to already have a good reputation so I dont know who thought this was a good idea, but it was disappointing and guts my trust in the company from the get-go.

Bought this monitor a couple years ago and its been such a great tool that Ive gone back and purchased two additional cameras, mounts and lenses. The unit is easy to use and has a decent nighttime picture quality. I like that it has an ANR feature so I can have the volume turned all the way up without having to listen to the kids sound machines all night. The cameras are nice because they have different lenses you can switch out for different applications. I have a zoom lens for the babys crib thats good enough to see her breathing, and a wide angle for my toddlers room so I can catch him doing mischief without having to pan the camera all over. The power cords are long enough to be able to mount the cameras above the doorframe for a wider view. They work well with the adjustable angle mounts you can find on Amazon. The best feature so far though has been the customer service. My unit recently had an issue with a compressed button and they responded to my email in less than 24 hrs and sent me a replacement unit in less than a week.

Got this 6 months ago and is used daily without any issues. A couple of weeks ago the monitor was accidentally dropped and cracked the LCD. This is not covered in the warranty. However, InfantOptics was very gracious and replaced the monitor with Amazons 2-day delivery. They were also extra thoughtful and shipped the replacement unit before asking to return the cracked unit ensuring no break in monitoring.

This is a wonderful product with one giant flaw; you need to push the cord into the monitor VERY hard. Very, very, full force with your thumb HARD. Push it until you hear and feel the click. If you do not do this, the battery will die and the monitor will start beeping... There is even a tag on the cord that says to push the cord in completely, and even after seeing this my moms caregivers were not able to push it hard enough to fully connect the monitor to the power source/charger.

Really like this monitor/camera better than my Arlo monitor. Picture is clean and I like how you can rotate the camera from the monitor. The only thing that sucks is that you have to pretty much keep the monitor on the charger. The battery life sucks.

I dont usually write reviews, but I was super impressed with the quality of the picture, the ease of set up, the noise reduction, and the functionality of this product. It was more expensive than some of the others Id considered, but Im soo glad I went with this one. Definitely recommend!

We ordered this monitor in Nov 2021 and were super excited at how well it worked. The active noise reduction was amazing because we use a sound machine and compared to the old monitor we had, it was so nice not to hear that constant noise. We werent through 2 monitors prior to this before she was even 1 because they kept crapping out. I was hoping the quality of this one would be superior as the reviews I read were great. I was a bit disappointed that our monitor started having issues before wed even used it for one year. The volume button started being weird and the monitor would turn the volume all the way down by itself. It also would zoom in and out randomly on its own or turn on the screen even though I had put it in sleep mode. I contacted customer service about it, as it was just barely under the 1 year warranty, and Zeil was extremely helpful. They replaced the monitor unit for me right away with out giving me trouble at all. The new one I got seems like it is even a bit more improved since the last one or maybe the last one always just had something a little bit wrong. Every now and then the old one would turn on the noise by itself and the the ANR would kick in again. This one does not do that. Again, i love the monitor and its fantastic quality as far as picture, zoom and sound. I just really hope this one doesnt start having problems again less than a year from now. If so, its cheapies here on out for me. Fingers crossed because i do love it!

I have three little ones under 5 and this monitor is amazing. The picture quality is incredible. The have it automatically switch from the two rooms. Sound quality is also great. The only problem I had is that the picture started going out in toggle mode, but the sound would remain. I contacted customer support who immediately responded and gave me some trouble shooting help. In the short term it fixed the problem but then it started again. I reached back out to customer service. I was outside of my warranty period but they agreed to send me a brand new monitor at no charge. The only thing they asked was that once I received it, send the old one back so they could work to figure out the problem and improve the devices for the future. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous Joseph from infant optics was and got this fixed for me. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

We purchased this monitor in August 2021 and have been very happy with it up until recently. When powered on, the display would stay on the Infant Optix screen and eventually turn black, but we could still hear the audio. However, we didn’t pay $300 for a monitor system to only have audio so I emailed Customer Service and I must say that they were super responsive. First, they recommended some troubleshooting tips, like re-pairing the monitor to both cameras, which we did and it worked. Then a few nights later, the same issue happened. So I reached back out to Customer Service and once again they were quick to respond and offer us the 1yr warranty option. I was discouraged to learn that we were 8 months out of the warranty, but they still agreed to honor it and sent us a replacement monitor within the week. Bottom line… monitor is great even though we experienced an issue, but thanks to their outstanding customer service (specifically Kristine Z), we are very happy customers and highly recommend this product!
