Greater than one weekI wanted something that wasn’t on wifi or easy to hack. This is great. I sleep so much better at night having this. Quality is good. Sound volume is wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nursery cam.

06-06-2025Got this 6 months ago and is used daily without any issues. A couple of weeks ago the monitor was accidentally dropped and cracked the LCD. This is not covered in the warranty. However, InfantOptics was very gracious and replaced the monitor with Amazons 2-day delivery. They were also extra thoughtful and shipped the replacement unit before asking to return the cracked unit ensuring no break in monitoring.

> 3 dayWe upgraded to this camera when our 2nd was born. We love that it can switch back and fourth between the two cameras and you can even add up to 4. Picture quality and sound are great. We did A LOT of research before selecting this setup. A little over a year after purchase we starting having issues with the monitor itself where it would shut off or have no picture and the company was excellent in getting us a prompt replacement. We are very happy!

> 3 dayWeve had this baby monitor for almost two years and love it. Now that were expecting baby number two, we plan to buy one more camera to set up in a separate room. Having this system provides peace of mind. I cant imagine tackling motherhood without it!

> 3 dayOur Monitor was starting to glitch and the screen was beginning to turn off randomly. Emma C. With customer service was amazing. Emma helped me troubleshoot the problem first. When none of these options worked Emma sent us a new monitor immediately! Also, love this monitor!! I have had 2 others including the first version of this monitor and nothing compares! You can go so far from the cameras with the monitor!

> 3 dayWe upgraded to the DXR-8 Pro a little over a year ago to replace our DXR-8 that we left at our family’s house so we wouldn’t have to bring it back and forth (we still use the old model when we are visiting and it is still great). We were so impressed with the new features of the DXR-8 Pro and love the larger color screen on the monitor. We have 3 cameras paired to the monitor and it really makes it easy to adjust volume and to change cameras with this new model. Even more impressive than the products is the level of responsiveness from the customer support team when we had a pairing issue with our monitor. We reached out to them over email and had a response back same day with incredibly thorough responses and ideas. After trying to troubleshoot without success, the customer support team helped us step by step to request a replacement monitor and got it sent to us quickly. We really can’t remember the last time we have had such a positive customer support experience. We would highly recommend infant optics!!

> 3 dayThis is a wonderful product with one giant flaw; you need to push the cord into the monitor VERY hard. Very, very, full force with your thumb HARD. Push it until you hear and feel the click. If you do not do this, the battery will die and the monitor will start beeping... There is even a tag on the cord that says to push the cord in completely, and even after seeing this my moms caregivers were not able to push it hard enough to fully connect the monitor to the power source/charger.

> 3 dayWe purchased this monitor in August 2021 and have been very happy with it up until recently. When powered on, the display would stay on the Infant Optix screen and eventually turn black, but we could still hear the audio. However, we didn’t pay $300 for a monitor system to only have audio so I emailed Customer Service and I must say that they were super responsive. First, they recommended some troubleshooting tips, like re-pairing the monitor to both cameras, which we did and it worked. Then a few nights later, the same issue happened. So I reached back out to Customer Service and once again they were quick to respond and offer us the 1yr warranty option. I was discouraged to learn that we were 8 months out of the warranty, but they still agreed to honor it and sent us a replacement monitor within the week. Bottom line… monitor is great even though we experienced an issue, but thanks to their outstanding customer service (specifically Kristine Z), we are very happy customers and highly recommend this product!
