> 24 hourI have a space challenged area under my kitchen sink, as RO system & tank are hogging up a lot of space. So I got this one, which is actually a bit shorter in length than the one that it replaces (same manufacturer) which lasted 15 years. All of the ports (water / dish washer, etc) line up perfectly with the old unit. I used the original mounting ring that was attached to the stainless steel sink, rather than the brand new one and seal which was included. No matter, it screws right up in to place no problem. It only took about an hour to do the whole swap once I had all the tools ready to go. I expect the new one to last a long time as we dont really throw bones or tree branch matter down the disposal that often.

> 24 hourGreat value and works well. But if you attach to a dishwasher, dont miss the knock-out plug that can cause leaks otherwise.

> 24 hourOur previous disposal malfunctioned so we replaced this. I had our handiman to the job and it took him just 20 minutes or wo.

> 24 hourMy previous unit finally died after my wife followed a TikTok trend to clean it. I thought about getting a bigger unit, but ultimately decided to get this one. The install was very easy, though it would be much easier if you had a helping hand because balancing the unit under the sink and snapping in the retention ring was the biggest challenge. Still pretty easy, though. The instructions were okay. I wish they had proper measurements for the plumbing as it took a few different tries to set up a new p-trap. If you can extrapolate from pictures, or have a YouTube video up, you are good to go. Reading wont be much help. The noise level is pretty quiet considering the price. Much quieter than my old one. First try on install and had zero leaks from it. Just make sure you have some plumbers putty and a screwdriver. You dont need anything else! Definitely recommend. And as a final note, dont let your SO try TikTok trends on your new unit. Love you!

> 24 hourI had one of these and it broke. I got this on Amazon for $95 and my neighbor installed it. Great deal. Plumber told me it would be $550 to install and neighbor did it in 1/2 h.
