This disposal seems to work okay, but it is loud.

My prior Incinerator lasted about three years. This one died after a year and a half. I called incinerator immediately and sent proof of purchase; they agreed that it was under warranty. Shipped it promptly with no problem.

This was a replacement of my 30? years old InSinkErator Garbage Disposal. Its much quiet than the old one.

My previous unit finally died after my wife followed a TikTok trend to clean it. I thought about getting a bigger unit, but ultimately decided to get this one. The install was very easy, though it would be much easier if you had a helping hand because balancing the unit under the sink and snapping in the retention ring was the biggest challenge. Still pretty easy, though. The instructions were okay. I wish they had proper measurements for the plumbing as it took a few different tries to set up a new p-trap. If you can extrapolate from pictures, or have a YouTube video up, you are good to go. Reading wont be much help. The noise level is pretty quiet considering the price. Much quieter than my old one. First try on install and had zero leaks from it. Just make sure you have some plumbers putty and a screwdriver. You dont need anything else! Definitely recommend. And as a final note, dont let your SO try TikTok trends on your new unit. Love you!

This is a great cheap option for a place where silence isn’t important. It eats anything and is reliable. For the price you won’t get a better garbage disposal. Only step up is to the quieter ones but the cost significantly more. Otherwise they’re all the same.

Very easy to install just twist old one out and twist new one in. Is as noisy as old one though.

30 minutes I was done! Mine came with a power cord attached so I returned that for a refund. Easy peasy. Check YouTube if you need install tips.
