It took over 24 hours to move 100GB. Dont know if it was software or my internet speed.

I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews of this item. This didnt work. I followed in detail all the directions. When I tried to go to my new PC, it claimed I have an outdated version that doesnt match the CD. I downloaded like I was supposed to and nothing was working. I called the company 24/7 customer service line and as soon as they said they wanted to remote into my PC to help, I said no thank you and decided to return it. Thank goodness for Amazons return policy. **Warning dont buy.

I bought a new pc and used Laplink to transfer all of my data.

Will never buy the product again. Because they wanna make you paid $99.00 to go further to fix the problem.

It transferred all of my data and programs to my new computer. I had some problems at first and called customer service. The lady that helped my was not only helpful and courteous but called me back twice to see how things were going. If you follow the directions closely, it will perform as advertised. I tried loading a CD but the new Windows 10 wouldnt accept it but the program did transfer when I used PC Mover. Well worth the money.

I love this product. I wish I had this the last time I purchased a new computer. It allows you to select the programs that you want to move to the new computer. So easy and just a little to do it.

PROGRAM DID NOT WORK. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
