If you use files that are industry specific and not sold by the millions, this doesn’t transfer them. It does nothing more than a simple backup/restore would do. I called the company after having the issue and they agreed, it doesn’t work any different that a simple two click backup/restore. Waste of money and time.

Very easy to use. Had an issue with transfers from XP to Windows 10. Tech support was quick and thorough. Transfer went through without a hitch. Will purchase another one for more upgrades.

4 older computers 32bit operating systems Win10 pro transferred everything except some programs that required reinstall and license verification to 4 new computers 64bit operating systems Win10 pro.

Upon completion of transfer desktop looked same as old computer - but all files were jumbled into one file - would have taken week to sort out - had to do a computer reset and wipe everything.

I tried to move my Win 7 to a new Win 10. Unfortunately it failed miserably. There was no way to start the Win 10 machine once the transfer was finished. I chatted with Tech Nicco after waiting an hour for someone to answer the phone which they didnt and his only suggestion was to reload Windows, make sure all the updates were done and try it again. I reloaded and ran windows update again but it was already up to date. I decided to finish the transfer manually rather than chance it failing again. I spent last night and this morning installing all the programs and everything is working. Probably I should have just done it manually from the start but this product sounded like a good idea but it wasnt in this case.

This is the second time I purchased the product to move data and programs from one computer to another. In addition, I called the phone support and thy were extremely helpful.

This product is difficult, if not impossible to use. I tried using it about 8 times and whenever I did try to use it there was always an issue - the versions of Windows on the computers were different...the program wanted to put the files on a D: drive (dont have a D: drive). I finally gave up. I think this product is a waste of money.

I was very concerned about keeping certain programs and files with two new computers. I was a little nervous about starting on my own and called support. The technician not only offered guidance, they stayed on the line with me until the procedure started and encouraged me to call back upon completion if I needed any help. The entire process went without a glitch. I dont typically write reviews but, if you need to do a transfer and you are not technologically sound, I cannot imagine a better product!!

Item doesnt work for windows 11, it didnt transfer printer drivers and apps license to the new computer. I had to reinstall most of the apps.
