Liftmaster 41c4220a Gear and Sprocket Kit for Chamberlain, Sears, Craftsman and LiftMaster 1/3 and 1/2 HP Chain Drive Models

Replacement parts worked like a charm. Only used the parts that were gone (sheared shaft, sprocket and lube), but happy to have the option of replacing everything if I wished. I appreciated the included instruction sheet.

It works as designed. Learned how to use it from YouTube, not very difficult. After 4 months, no problem yet. Hope it can last for another 7 or 8 years.

All the parts I needed to rebuild my unit. Saved several hundred of $. 10 yr old unit works like new.

I been installing this part for 30 years as a professional installer and they work perfect, the biggest problem with people that do it themselves is there not greasing the gear before installing. The tube of grease in the bag should be put on the gear before installing. also the plate does not have threaded hole, take one of the 3 screws and and thread the hole before greasing the gear, the screws are self tapping. one last thing is the worm gear is much harder and doesn’t need to be replaced unless it’s broken.

It came in one day. It was a direct replacement.

The instructions were pretty easy to follow and the parts fit perfectly. This was a concern as the garage door opener this was purchased for is at least 25 years old. This allowed us to get the opener up and running so we did not need to replace it.

Great repair kit. Repaired my Lift Master 1250 with this kit.

Easy install, no idea what the confusion in other reviews were about.
