When the automatic garage door lift broke - I figured oh no, here comes a hefty repair bill. Hubby is somewhat handy, I found these parts online - and now - LiftMaster door is working wonderfully again! Happy wife / Happy life! Glad the product went in as easily as it did. As I said - hubby is only somewhat handy. I didnt hear lots of grumbling from the garage as he installed it - so it must not be too difficult.

I received the shipment real quick. I watched a You Tube Video on how to install and then within 2 hours I had replaced the parts and now the door works great. No problems.

All the parts were included as described, installation was relatively easy. I would recommend watching a Youtube video which walks your through installation.
