Greater than one weekShipping was prompt and package arrived in good shape. The two biggest problems I had were that the main bearing for the chain drive sprocket was dry and the other bearing did not fit. It was relatively easy to disassemble the sprocket bearing assembly, lube it, and reassemble it, but it should have been done or not sold assembled. The other bearing just barely didnt fit. I reamed it out to fit the 1/2 shaft and it was fine. Instructions seemed to skip some steps, but if you pay attention and take pictures before disassembly youll be fine. If it breaks again in the same way, Ill definitely purchase again since it cost probably 1/5 what a new unit would cost.

Greater than one weekWorks with my 1/2 HP Lift-Master. The gear was stripped and this kit did the trick to repair it, and with OEM material to boot! Comes with directions for different repairs so you dont need to try and decipher which steps to follow. Saved me the couple of hundred bucks a new one would have cost.

> 3 dayI probably would have had someone repair this but as it broke on a Saturday night, I didnt want to wait until Monday. First, I ordered at about 9 pm, and Amazon had it to me by 10 am Sunday, not sure how they do that for an uncommon part, so kudos to shipping dept. second there is one very important direction missing that delayed my repair. That little white plastic gear piece at the bottom of the sprocket has a clip that pops off. It is not obvious, as it looks square but if you pull the 2 ends apart and push it will slide off. That is the only way to put it on the housing unit (as well as take off the old one). Other than that everything was great.
