Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

> 3 dayin my opinion this is the best Nintendo controller and possibly the best controller in general I have ever used. Pros: Amazing feeling in the hands (never had much fun playing mario kart with a joy cons now I play it as much as possible) Good d-pad (I honestly was very nervous with all the bad reviews for the d-pad, but I can play tetris and 2d games very well with it) Very long battery life Cons: Even though the d-pad is nice to play with it has a very weird texture, not that big of a deal but all that needed to be done was to give it the same finish as the buttons (which by the way feel very nice) Overall very good buy

Greater than one weekThis is quite possibly the best controller on the planet. Even better than the good ol xbox360 controller. Its rechargeable (Type C USB), long battery life, HD Vibration which feels really good and adds a lot to games. Very good D-Pad and its built really good. Pay the extra money and get what will last you a LONG time. Oh, and there is NO drift. If Nintendo only made their joycons this good.

Greater than one weekIve been using the joycons until they drifted. I know nintendo can fix but I dont want something thatll just break in a month after using it so I bought the pro controller. I dont know why it took me so long. I love the weight and the feel in my hands 10000x better than the janky little joycons (even in their holder). 400hrs later and still no drifting so Im sold. If I had to buy it again I would.

> 3 dayI like this controller better than their WiiU Pro. What I don’t like is the price and that in order to use your old WiiU Pro you’ll need a dongle. They should add support for them, they really should. I prefer the shape on the WiiU Pro better but this one actually feels more comfortable to me. They finally offset the analogue joysticks which makes gaming easier. 40hr battery life vs the old at 80hrs is a step back but they use the exact same battery just this one has hd rumble and an nfc reader. 40hrs is still long enough for even a hardcore gamer. You don’t need the joycons to play the switch. I brought my switch screen and this controller to work and played Mario Kart during lunch. Left the joycons at home. I like that the buttons aren’t so tiny like on the joycons. I have average adult hands and the joycons are just too small for me. I can’t use them comfortably. This is the best wireless option without a dongle.

> 3 dayThis controller is a tremendous upgrade from the previous Nintendo controllers the grip feels better and the controller controls feel smother easier to use and very efficient. To top it all off the controller is wireless and free on wired mess. I also have yet to notice any drift issues with this controller.

> 3 dayThe feel to this controller is 10/10. Feels like a Pro controller and your getting quality. The battery holds up for a long time which is pretty cool. USB C connector making this more suitable to charge along with the switch charging cable. Now my son can play fully wireless with this controller when being in the dock. Theres no need to remove the joy cons & protective case anymore to dock the switch. I have the dock extension so I can plug the USB c that comes from the dock directly to the switch without removing anything & the game plays from the TV & can use this PRO controller wirelessly. I changed the order for the controller to be #1 (first square) and did the trick for me to use this controller even when Im not in dock tv mode I can still use it on handheld mode. Very cool feature. Pair this with the steel series 1 & you will have a complete wireless console experience.

> 3 day...then stop doing that! Just stop. Buy the Pro Controller. Five minutes with this and youll be cursing Nintendo for not just including one of these in the Switch package. Not cheap by any means, but durable and well-designed. Another Nintendo winner. [And no drift!!!]

> 3 dayI think that this controller is the best controller that you can buy at the moment. It fits well in your hand, it functions almost perfectly (the d-pad is below average, but not awful, better than og gc controllers), has a long battery life (it hasn’t run out on me since I bough it), and has seemingly no input delay. So why don’t I give it 5 stars? Because there are a bunch of tiny things I have gripes with that don’t apply to 99% of games. I think that the tops of the control sticks are too wide, but I enjoy the c-nub that comes on the gc controllers that a lot of people dislike. I like to slide my fingers over the face buttons when mashing our of grabs in smash, and these buttons roll a little to much for my liking. The fact that the sticks also don’t have notches are good in some scenarios but bad in others (an example is when trying to do macro wavebounce neutral specials in smash; it’s harder to do them bc of the lack of notches, but much it’s easier to play shooter games like warframe and splatoon). The point I’m trying to make is that, if you’re not me, you won’t have any problems with this controller at all, other than the d-pad being bad.
