> 24 hourI have other smart plugs that are wider but still the slim style and they were setup using the Smartlife app. These Nooie plugs also work with that app but I couldn’t Add Manually by selecting the Socket (WiFi) device. The way to add them is by selecting Auto-Scan and not Add Manually. Make sure the WiFI network name and password are entered in the app. Push and hold the power button on the Nooie plug for 5 seconds and release and the LED will be flashing. The app should find the plug in a minute or two and then notify you that there is an upgrade available. Perform the upgrade and you’ll be done with the setup. My other plugs show electric usage stats which these do not, but these do have a random program cycle instead which is useful for security. Recommended for lighting and places that you don’t want a smart plug to be noticeable and don’t need 10A or 1200W of power.

> 24 hourThis is my 2nd time purchasing the smart plugs. These are well integrated with google home and bixby and I love the scheduling options, turning them on and off using voice command and how easy they are to connect them to my wifi within a few minutes. Although, be noted that they are not compatible with 5GHz networks yet. I almost have 10 of them now around the house working for more than 3 years without any hiccup.

> 24 hourThere are several places in my house where I just need to turn something on/off by an app or have it on a timer - I use smart plugs for these applications. I recently bought 4 Nooie smart plugs & they are working perfectly. Theyre smaller than most of the plugs Ive seen - most importantly, 2 of these plugs fit nicely on one wall receptacle. Because they dont extend beyond the edge of a switch plate, they are hardly noticeable in use. The LED on the front to indicate it is On is visible, but not too bright. Youre instructed to download the Nooie app & I did. The plugs were easily setup in their app, but the other smart plugs & bulbs in my house all work within the SmartLife app. I decided to see if these Nooie plugs were flexible enough to be recognized by the SmartLife app & to my delight they were immeidatly added to my network & their functionality was fully available. Nice. Although I no longer have small children in my house, the Child-Lock feature would be welcome if there were. This feature disables the power button on the side of plug. It can still be controlled by the app, but a small child cant turn on the device plugged in by accidentally pressing the On button. With smart devices the bar is set low at Just Work. That is often a bar that many smart devices cant hurdle. The Nooie works great & it has a stable connection to my wifi network - thats another low bar that many smart devices cant get over. It also has several good features that make working with it simple & helpful. Stays connected. Just works. Has nice features. Thats high praise in my opinion. Excellent smart plugs by Nooie.

> 24 hourI use my nooie in my shed with a space heater hooked up to it. I preheat my workspace before going outside on cold days. Its such a treat! I paired it with a wifi thermometer so I can track the temperature in the shed and turn the heater off remotely as well. This is such a convenience. I needed a switch with further range than Bluetooth. The wifi capability of this switch has helped me quite a bit. Very easy to use, uncomplicated ap. Will probably buy again.

> 24 hourThis is the experience I had and I have the smart plugs for about a week now. I am giving 5 stars because it is working fine as I expected. I did have a minor issue with it which I am not having any more. When I setup the first plug I had to reset it couple of times and than it connected with WIFI. I was able to setup rest of them with out any issues. The minor issue I had was when I setup all the smart plugs and went to google assistant to connect and it did connect but l wasnt able to control the plugs from the assistant. I tried unlinking and linking with the assistance but it didnt work. The next day I tried unlinking and linking again for couple of times and it did work. I am not sure what was happening the first day. Two smart plugs fit easily on the wall outlet. Time it took to setup was quick. Overall usability very easy. I would recommend these to anyone who want to start making their home smart or add more smart plugs.

> 24 hourSmall size, easy to setup, work with Smart Life app. update: It misses schedule and doesnt turn on automatically sometimes. I use one of them to reboot cable modem everyday. When it doesnt turn on automatically, I have to manually turn it on as the network is lost.

> 24 hourThese do work really well, and were quick to set up. The response is fast. Works well with Google Home. “Hey Google, turn on reading lamp.” I have not used timer function yet. Since there are no instructions on how to set up with Google Home: Go to your Google Home Mobile app, go to settings and scroll down to choose “Add...”, and select “Set up Device”, then “Works with Google”. Scroll down to find Nooie. Note: If you use these to control lamps, Google Home will group lights in a room so that you can turn all lights in a room on/off together. Caveat: In exchange for Amazon review of their product, the manufacturer is offering extended (60 day) returns, free new products to test, and a free “gift” device (smart plug or smart light bulb).

> 24 hourPlug it in, download app, sync. It works! What could be easier? Have bed heater, getting home late on a cold winter night? Turn on the bed heater plug and climb into a warm bed soon as you get gome.

> 24 hourAs the headline states, this outlet will only work on a non-5G wifi connection....which Im not sure many people have anymore, especially those of us who use smart home devices. That being said, if youre not on 5G but you still want to use smart home stuff, this is a great product for you! :) Alexa recognized it and there were no issues in using its app
