If connecting to Alexa, follow these steps… took a few tries but figured it out: Step 1: Download and install the Nooie app. Step 2: Add the plug to the Nooie app. If your devices are struggling to connect, let connection fail & it’ll show the option to “connect in AP mode.” Follow the instructions & it’ll make connecting easier :) Step 3: ago to your Alexa app and add the skill Nooie. Step 4: Add the skill Nooie Home & your plugs should connect to Alexa. Hope this helps! Took a few tries to figure this out.

Easy to synchronize, they work very well with Alexa and Google Home. Good quality materials are rectangular so they do not take up much space, very good performance I have other Bestek brands but these pair faster, I highly recommend them. I already knew the brand I also have some lights from 2 years ago and you are still working like the first day I bought them.

I absolutely love these plugs. We use them for some of the lights in our house and integrate them with Alexa. Just ask her and she turns them on. Have used them for our crockpot and I can just turn it off from work when the time is up for cooking. When we travel we set up a warming light for our turtle and put it on a schedule that they let you set up through the app. Definitely a must buy!!!!

I purchased these plugs for my business. I have multiple pieces of equipment, lamps, warmers etc. to remember to turn on and off each day. Its made start up and shut down for the day quick and easy, just grouped the plugs and turn them all on to warm everything and off to end the day. No worrying if I forgot to turn something on or off. Just looks at the Nooie app to verify. Important to download the Nooie home app, set it up and for Alexa, make sure to download the Nooie Home skill.

I bought a four pak of these smart plugs to control the Christmas candles in the windows of my home. Before, we went room to room plugging them in or, in some rooms, hitting an outlet switch behind a piece of furniture. Not so great. These plugs make it simple, just tell Alexa when to turn them on or off and its done. They are a long treacherous path from the WIFI router and they do fine. Why four instead of five? The app. After struggling for an hour or so trying to pair them using it I remembered another reviewer saying he chucked their app and set them up with Smart Life. Twenty seconds each to pair, a few minutes to figure out how to create a group on the Alexa app and all is well

I bought them for my pool plug instead of buying g a timer figured Id try this and I love it. Easy to set up on and off times in the app, very simple and straight forward app design. Only issue I had was connecting it at first and doesnt connect to alexa the way I would if expected, you have to go to skills and allow nooie that way not by adding device. Honestly the timer and app control I dont even need the alexa feature right now anyways.

Had a hard time setting up but once I got the plug to sync up it worked well. I cant get the timer to work so I just turn it on and off with the app

I couldnt get the Nooie app to connect via wifi but once that times out I could directly connect and setup the devices. You have to wait for it to time out so he patient. The trick to adding it to Alexa and Google Home (I connected to both) is to enable Nooie Home. (thats not the same as Nooie which is also an option.) Great product for the price.

I started with just one smart plug, which was very helpful. I used an extension cord to have it turn on two lamps that are hard to reach. It amazed guests, but mainly made it very easy to turn on the lamp when I wanted to snuggle and read my son a story on the sofa without having to get up or reach over. Then Alexa bought us four of these for Christmas (no, not really, but in the same way that our cats also give us Christmas presents), and once you get almost half your living area automated like this, you just have to go all the way. So now we have 9 smart plugs and I can say Alexa, sparkle and she turns on all the fairy lights (like in 7 different places) and starts playing a station on Pandora thats actually called Sparkle. My lamps in my front window that Ive had on a timer for years and always had to adjust when there was a power outage or daylight savings, or just a change in season, so they werent coming on at 4pm in the summer or 8pm in the winter, now will automatically come on at SUNSET, whenever that is, and go off at 9pm. I could also have them come on 30 minutes, or an hour, or 17 minutes before sunset if I want. I say Alexa, Im home and she welcomes me home, turns on the scented wax warmer, and plays relaxing music. Ive even programmed her to turn on just a few fairy lights when my phone returns to the house after 6pm so were never walking into a totally dark house. These plugs make your daily life just that much easier, nicer, and more fun. Yes, Ive had the fairy lights all over the house for years, but I hardly ever turned them on because who wants to go around plugging in lights (ok, really white Christmas lights) for even a few minutes just to have to unplug them all later. With this, I actually use what Ive set up because its easy and non-intrusive. And the plugs have an on/off switch on the side, so if you dont want to actually talk you can still easily turn things on and off. Handy for the scented wax warmer on the kitchen counter. Theyre a cinch to set up, took just a bit at first but by the third or so plug I was whizzing through it. So, yes, I like them. And I havent tried the round ones but these for sure give you enough room to plug in two or have another large plug plugged next to it since theyre horizontal.

These are terrific little smart plugs, and work flawlessly. Theyre very easy to set up, and they integrate with Echo devices without any problem. They appear to be solidly made, look quite sleek and modern, and - most important of all - cost a fraction of the price of some other, very similar plugs. Youll need to download the Nooie app before you can set these up. Also, if you want to use them with your Echo devices, youll need to install the Nooie Alexa Skill. After installing the app, setup of the smart plugs is a breeze. Youll enter your home network name and password, but youll do this only once - future Nooie smart home additions will automatically link to the network. The plug will pair itself to the network, and then youre done! I bought these mainly to use with Alexa, and for that purpose theyre excellent. However, the Nooie app offers you some extra, very useful features. You can set a different schedule for each plug on the network, with multiple on and off times for each day. You can also set your plugs to turn on and off randomly, which might be useful if you were away from home but wanted your house to look as if you were not. By grouping plugs in the Alexa app you can simplify their use enormously. For example, Ive grouped lamps in my TV room and hallway, and made another group of accent lights in my kitchen. If you are using these plugs to control lights/lamps, you can tell Alexa to treat them as lights instead of outlets; that way, you can turn them all on or off with one command (e.g., Alexa, let there be light). Ive also set Alexa to turn off all the lights in both groups when I say Alexa, goodnight. So using the schedule feature in addition to Alexa, you can create a very flexible and intuitive system. Ive set the TV room lights to come on at dusk, and go off around 1.00am, but of course I can override that setting by simply telling Alexa to turn them on or off. And if youre using LED lights (which by now you really should be!) or even CFLs, theres no need to worry that switching on all the lights at the same time might overload the household circuit: it wont. One note of caution: if youre using a tablet to set these up with the Nooie app, bear in mind that the app clearly was designed for use on a smart phone. Consequently, if you hold the tablet in the landscape orientation some important stuff will be off-screen at the bottom - specifically, stuff you need to tap in order to proceed. So if youre new to smart home stuff, and want to get your toes wet (as it were) go ahead and buy these; I think youll be pleasantly surprised.
