Smart plugs connect the house perfectly!! Now we can turn our lights/tv/appliances on from our phones or just from talking to Alexa. Love it!

I purchased a 4-pack of the Nooie Smart Plugs. Like others, I had no trouble configuring the plug and connecting it to my Amazon Echo. I subtracted one star because I hoped that the plug/app would support turning lights on/off at sunrise/sunset. I am looking for lighting controls to replace my lights presently controlled by an Insteon hub which turn on at Sunset and off at 11pm.

Nice and small compared to most smart plugs - I’m using them inside a cable management box under my desk to control the lights in my office and they fit much better than others I have used in the past. Setting up the app and adding the plugs was quick and very easy and they are working well with Alexa. They are the smallest smart plugs I own and I will definitely be getting more of them as I continue to automate lights and other electronics around the house.

3 hours to pair 4 plugs. I dont know if I cracked the code or just got lucky. I think: turn off all but the main nest router. Unplug the plug once its paired (offline) before going to next. It was easier to pair with a dedicated 2.4 router.

Review of Nooie Smart Plug Works with Alexa Google Home for Voice Control WiFi Mini Smart Outlet with Schedule Timer Child Lock Function and ETL Certified No Hub Required, 4 Packs @ $16.99 I got these to run a dehumidifier in my basement plus other things I might add down the line. I like that they are compact. You can place 2 of these in a dual outlet. They are not easy to set up using the Nooie app. There is a video in the ad that suggests using the Smartlife app to set these up, and I agree with that recommendation. I tried both ways and the Smartlife app helped me connect these to Alexa and Google. These show up in the Google Home app and can be operated within the Google Home app but forget voice commands using Google devices. All it ever says is that Nooie is unavailable or not set up yet. They finally were voice operational in Alexa devices after I set them up using Smartlife. The Nooie app is straightforward in most ways as far as operations of these smart plugs. I dont use the timer functions at this point so I cannot review that. The price is reasonable enough too. I hope this helps someone to decide whether or not to try this product.

I use my nooie in my shed with a space heater hooked up to it. I preheat my workspace before going outside on cold days. Its such a treat! I paired it with a wifi thermometer so I can track the temperature in the shed and turn the heater off remotely as well. This is such a convenience. I needed a switch with further range than Bluetooth. The wifi capability of this switch has helped me quite a bit. Very easy to use, uncomplicated ap. Will probably buy again.

These are really what you would expect. Turns stuff on or off when I tell Alexa. I have a incense burner that I dont want to accidentally forget to turn off and the timer works well for that. The IFTTT interface for that is a little awkward though. The plugs also make an annoyingly audible click when they turn on or off, but that may be intentional? Other brands Ive had do that too. The on indicator light isnt grossly bright like some plugs and I like that. If you have a router like the AT&T gateway that outputs both 2.4 and 5 GHz channels, just turn off the 5 GHz during installation and turn it back on when you are done. Best thing - it doesnt take up any space on the other socket for a standard American vertical 2 socket wall panel! Dont know why others are so clunky and big.

Worked well for our Christmas lights but can be used for really anything you want in a timer. Easy to set up.

I purchased these smarts plugs on a whim and was very pleased at their performance. The setup was very easy, the application is simple but intuitive to use, and the response times are nearly instant. I have tried the timer function, for turning lights on and off at dusk and dawn, and have even integrated the plugs into my Google Home assistant to allow for automation. Great product.

Setting up these wifi plugs was pretty straight forward once I temporarily disabled my 5GHz band (my 5GHz and 2.4GHz have the same name, so make sure to do the same if you run into any issues). Once it was set up I re-enabled that band without any issues. The app is simple and clean without any weird gimmicks. After adding the skill through my Alexa app, Alexa discovered the plugs immediately and voice control was up and running. The plugs are as responsive as a TP-Link and a Samsung plug I have. What sets these plugs apart are their size. As you can see in the picture I attached, the grounding prong on the plug above it is not obscured at all which is super helpful if I ever need to plug any devices above it; notice the orange circle and how much extra room there is. Additionally, in the picture, you can see I have a bulking lamp plugged into it. The connection is nice and tight and it doesnt feel like it will be falling out anytime soon unlike some of those sketchy round wifi plugs you might see which tend to be worthless on a wall plug; notice the blue circled area and see how the plug into it is completely flush without any sagging. All in all, I am very content with this plug. Outside of being used for appliances, this plug does it all and easily beats competitors at this price point.
