We’ve taken this product for more than 3 years. I take it at bedtime. Helps with immunity and sleep.

I had been taking Natural Calm for several months after discovering what a huge beneficial impact it had on my sleep. However I was recently diagnosed with both GERD and Barretts Esophagus and decided I likely shouldnt be drinking something with citric acid right before laying down every night. Note - no doctor advised there was any connection between Natural Calm and my condition or advised me to discontinue using it, I just decided to eliminate it as I made changes to my diet / lifestyle. I still swear that stuff is awesome for sleep! I decided to try this instead. My functional medicine doc said this is the brand his practice always suggests. I took between 2-3 capsules a day, spread apart with meals. I didnt have any negative side effects from this brand, but sadly it didnt have any impact on my sleep. This brand / form of magnesium may be great for other conditions, but if youre looking for improved sleep Im afraid you may not find it with this. After trying this, I tried InnovixLabs Advanced Magnesium- High Absorption Magnesium Malate & Magnesium Glycinate and it worked GREAT. Again, this may not be a good fit depending on what symptoms youre trying to alleviate with magnesium, but it replicated Natural Calm for my sleep. I take 4 capsules a day, again spread apart with meals (2am + 2pm) and havent seen any negative side effects.

Pure Encapsulations is an excellent brand. I started using their magnesium several years ago. Even though its more expensive than other brands I find I need to take much less. That tells me that the absorption is much better than less expensive brands.
