If you have GI constipation, look no further! I have IBS and fibromyalgia, I am careful of the brands I use! I bought a cheaper “micro ingred” brand and they did nothing! Take 4 in the am 4 at night if it’s really bad!!! Hope you feel better!

I am trying these in order to get a more restful nights sleep. Normally I dream so much I am very tired when I wake even when its over 8 hours. So I started by taking one capsule the first few nights. Then went to two capsules. Was relaxed upon going to bed and slept without remembering the vivid dreams. So I was waking up feeling much better. But the the other aspect kicked in. Was going to the bathroom way too much and at odd times also. So went back to one. Stomach thing stopped, but the sleeping thing went back too. So I am going to try splitting the doses. Taking one after dinner then one before bed. Well see what happens. If no then I will have to try the magnesium glycinate for sure. Funny thing is they do not bother the wife like they do me.

I was told about the wonderful things magnesium does for your body, but most importantly how it stopped the severe cramps in my legs and body at night. All natural and just helped my overall well-being of being able to sleep.

I have taken this brand of magnesium for about three years. It’s fabulous. I like that the dose is easier to scale up or down based on one’s tolerance for magnesium. With my IBS C (constipation) I’ve found my perfect dose is two pills at night before bed. I ran out of this magnesium and picked up a Costco brand that had each pill with 250 mg per pill. I took one and it didn’t help my gut. When I took two I had horrible diarrhea. 500 mg were too much for me. Magnesium is very specific for each person so you have to find the right dose for your body. This brand makes it easy to find your perfect dose without causing loose stool.

I take magnesium citrate regularly and have used various brands with mixed satisfaction, but I LOVE these. First of all, the dosage of 400mg is enough so that I dont have to take too many pills daily. Often other brands are so low that I have to use so many pills that the bottle is a lot more expensive than it seems. But when Ive bought a brand that has this dosage, most often the pills themselves are too large to swallow comfortably--theyre enormous! These, however, are a normal size, and I have no problem with them. I supplement for health (most people are low in magnesium, and Ive experienced leg cramps when I dont get enough magnesium) and for regularity--its a way to manage my chronic constipation without having to rely on laxatives. With Pure Encapsulations I can supplement best of any other brands Ive tried. While I received this product at a reduced price in exchange for my review, I value Amazon reviews too highly to offer any but a totally honest review of this brand. I plan to continue to reorder at full price as it truly is the best magnesium citrate Ive ever purchased.

I learned most of us are magnesium deficient. I suffered from migraines for the last 8 years. Really strong ones that could last 24 hours and would get them almost every 3-4 days. I started taking this along with my complement multivitamin and got off birth control pill and I have gone 2.5 weeks without a serious migraine , a couple small headaches here and there and didn’t need to take an actual prescription migraine pill. Trying to get off those too. My headaches have been a lot less frequent and definitely not as strong and feel like more of an annoyance than actual pain. I think this is definitely helping in some way.

This will be my magnesium of choice from now on. Ive been talking this for a few months and have almost finished the bottle. Ive tried several different brands and types of magnesium to help with my migraines: Solaray, Solgar, Now, Bluebonnet...I cant even name all of the brands. Some were tablets, some capsules. Capsules seem to absorb the best and were easiest to swallow. And Ive taken different types of magnesium: citrate, asporotate, glycinate. This brand of mag citrate is what works best for me. I usually take magnesium at night because it makes me sleepy. A problem I started running into was developing restless legs after taking it. That made no sense because magnesium is one of the few things thats supposed to HELP restless legs. Im starting to suspect that magnesium stearate, which is in many supplements (including the other brands I was taking), was contributing to this. I bought this because Chris Kresser has recommended this brand before, and it doesnt have mag stearate. So far, I havent had the same issue with restless legs. The potency of this seems good. I have figured out that a good dose for me is one capsule every other day. I also take methylated b vitamins a couple times a week because I have the MTHFR mutation, which contributes to my migraines. These two supplements and the monthly anti-CGRP prescription shot have reduced my migraines by about 90% when I am good at sticking to my known lifestyle habits that reduce migraines (regular sleep, regular meal times, avoiding food triggers). I also find mag citrate to be helpful at counteracting the constipation that anti-CGRP meds cause. Im really grateful to have this option available to me.

Es uno de los magnesio de mejor calidad que he probado, por mucho. Mejor absorción, biodisponibilidad y reacción al cuerpo.
