Excellent product! In a few days you notice the benefits of magnesium. I have been able to fall asleep more easily.

Ughhhhh just finished the bottle & went to order another bottle & I just realized that I was ripped off!!! I paid for 180 caps but only got the bottle with 90 capsules! Soooo freakin annoyed but I guess that’s what I get for not looking! I’m giving it 5 stars because it definitely stopped the leg craps you know the ones that make you jump out of bed. Ordering again but will make sure I get the amount ordered.

Easy to take and digest capsules

This magnesium really works! I got it to help me sleep and for bowel issues. I have been using it for years and my magnesium level on my bloodwork is always on par.

It may be easy to swallow, what I didn’t like some off the pills were coming apart in the bottle and some were already apart in the bottle, I was disappointed, I could cry about it, what’s the point.

My naturopath told me to take this product. Usually magnesium citrate upsets my stomach but this one doesnt. And for someone who usually has a problem swallowing larger pills these go down surprisingly easy. I am very happy with the product and it does what I need it to do. I also take the one with calcium too because I am in my 40s and have to start worrying about osteoporosis.

I wish I had started taking these magnesium supplements earlier. They instantly help with my anxiety and panic attacks. They help me wind down at bedtime and help me easily fall asleep and stay asleep. I have much better quality and restorative sleep the nights I take this magnesium supplement. I don’t have to take sleeping pills or anti anxiety medication anymore since I started taking these magnesium supplements. Highly recommend.
