I had leg cramps when getting out of bed in the morning, but after taking Pure Mag, I no longer have the problem. I’ve been hearing about magnesium is So important to incorporate in our daily diet, but didn’t know I would be getting the extra help of NO more leg cramps!! I’m 73 years old and this is a big Blessing to find this Magnesium!! JM

Easy to swallow

I thought this would be great, but the solar brand is way more effective for me

It’s a great product to help keep stool softened. It’s also good for building up magnesium levels since our soils are so depleted of minerals.

I take 3 pilas before bed and it works amazing. I have a really good sleep.

I have been taking these for almost 30 years. But now I will no longer purchase this magnesium brand it has gone downhill since the takeover by nestlé. You have to take three of these a day now to get the 400 mg daily allowance. They have lowered the capsules dosage to 150 mg instead of 200 mg. I started getting all kinds of toe spasms and cramps, calf cramps in both legs when I used to only get it in one, body tingling and also my blood pressure has been shooting up unusually. I have had massive sugar cravings. After thinking about it for a while I realized I was having to take three capsules a day and it still seems like it wasnt doing what Ive been used to all these years. The pills in the recent bottle that I purchased also smell moldy. It is a really strange damp basement smell. I do not recommend this brand of magnesium evidently it is no longer working and who knows what else they changed. I am very sad to see pure encapsulations go downhill as they seem to have. Originally I was told to take this brand by my doctor and my chiropractor. In fact I could only buy it at one of their offices years ago and thats how I got on to this brand to begin with. Evidently changes are in the works at pure encapsulations and they are not for the better.

I just received the product today. Will edit my review after I’ve taken them for a couple of weeks to see if they work for the particular issue I’m hoping it will help with. With that said, I am writing this to comment on the placing of the label. You had one job!!! Whoever is putting the additional bar code/product label on the bottle please utilize the entire BLANK space on the bottle to place it. Do NOT place the labels over the extremely important dosage information listed on the manufacture label. Mind you I had to use goo gone to remove the label down to be able to see the dosage.

Excellent supplement with no gastric side effects. Taken daily it helps promote a healthy balance.

It may be easy to swallow, what I didn’t like some off the pills were coming apart in the bottle and some were already apart in the bottle, I was disappointed, I could cry about it, what’s the point.
