This magnesium really works! I got it to help me sleep and for bowel issues. I have been using it for years and my magnesium level on my bloodwork is always on par.

My friend is a Pharmacist and she recommends and sells this product. ( She lives far away) she’s the one that recommended this to me.

The price is fair. The. Product seems to be in a natural form and not hard pressed into hard to swallow tablets. No after taste. Like the product name “PURE”. Love the size of the big bottle. Don’t have to order as often. Mostly, PURE magnesium stopped my muscle cramping which happened during sleep with much pain. Before magnesium, I never got the sleep I needed and my muscles jumped all day long. Thank goodness there is PURE for my health.

I don’t notice anything different in my life or health since I began taking this supplement. My daughter suggested I include this because it has “amazing health benefits”. Ok… I’m sorry but I don’t notice anything at all. Could be good stuff, could just be “snake oil”! I dunno!

My son used to take these pills and recently I bought Trader Joe multivitamins and told my son not to take Magnesium citrate since multivitamins had some amount of magnesium. After that living through that month was very hard. I could not understand what happened to my son. He turned to be almost crazy with very obsessive behavior. Only after one month I thought maybe he should try to take Magnesium citrate. He took 2 pills and after few hours I was surprised that he was not bugging me every second and I could breathe. Taking one pill does not help much, but still better than before. 2 pills might be optimal.

This is capsule form (the best way to take it for both absorption and safety). Pure Encapsulations makes it, and so far, theyre the company that I swear by....I no longer have the medical issues that had become quite serious until I read an article posted by a woman on the internet who had gone through the same thing -- and both of our problems were all attributed to something as simple as low or no magnesium!! No doctor that I saw figured this out (or wanted to tell me about this simple fix)....read up on magnesium -- then when youre convinced, buy THIS one....I cant be more pleased with a supplement than this!!

My functional doctor recommended this brand and dosage. So far so good!
