> 24 hourReceived this printer about a month ago. Up and running in less than an hour. Everything about the printer is heavy duty and sound engineering. Just after getting the printer I joined a group printing Covid masks and shield frames. I have been printing for over 18 hours a day with no issues. I have had the smaller Tech x-One for two years and it is still going strong which encouraged me to get this printer. As satisfied as I am with the X-Plus their online service and question follow up is outstanding. They have always answered my emails their next work morning even if its just questions and not about service issues. Highly recommend this company and the X-plus printer.

> 24 hourI had a few problems in the beginning but they turned out to be me, not the printer. This printer is really built STURDY. There is nothing flimsy about any of it. I printed a dog that I had printed on my old printer. They look almost the same but if you look closely this printers dog is a little nicer than the other. I did have a problem printing a soldier with his legs spread. The printer did each leg separately at the same time (of course) but when it got above the knees the extruder touched one of the legs and knocked it out of position. I could not finish the model because of this. I cant tell if the problem lies with the machine or the program. The instructions leave a lot to be desired. They do provide videos but they go so fast I cant follow them. I would like to know what each icon does. There is no explanation for the two usb jacks on the front panel. I found out by trial/error that if I plugged in a memory stick with gcode files into the left jack that eventually the contents of it would show on the screen, allowing me to select the file I wished to print. The printer is very quiet. Make sure you take ALL the clips off of the belts. I didnt find one and the noise the printer made told me I had done something wrong. I dont think you would go wrong buying this model printer.

> 24 hourHave had the Machine since March and it has been a great experience. I am new to 3d printing, and I wanted something that would get me running right away so I could spend time learning Cad and the overall technology while still being able to print items right way with little to no issues. So far that has been my experience. Excellent prints in a fire and forget manner. My one request to support was about profiles and they helped me right away. I would buy another no doubt!

> 24 hourWe bought it for the large print size. Comes with 2 extruders. The best printer for the price. Had great reviews on product and service. We had an issue with extruder, and Alex from Customer Service sent us some videos in trying to solve the problem. Alex ordered a new extruder and arrived earlier than promised. Are happy with purchase and will buy again.

> 24 hourMy first 3d Printer was a Lulzbot Taz purchased back in about 2013. I had nothing but problems with it. Nozzles constantly breaking, always needing to order parts, etc. and a paid over $3000 for it! Not this! Excellent quality prints right out of the box! Simple to use yet complex in creation, a beginner or experienced 3d printer user would love this. I was so hesitant to purchase because I have experienced, so many times, poor quality control on Asian built devices, but NOT THIS ONE! Excellent quality control and technical support. This is a must if you are looking for a great home 3d printer!

> 24 hourThis printer is just great. If you are a beginner like me and looking for good print quality, no hassle of setting up or putting parts together, and outstanding tech support.....look no further. This printer works right out of the box, I didnt need to level the bed but you should every now and then. I can just send the file via wi-fi and let it print (not constantly watching it to make sure it doesnt mess up). It comes with another extruder for nylon and other hot temperature materials. The tech support gets back to me in less than 12 hours. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has been searching and not sure which one to get.

> 24 hourI bought a X-Plus on a Thursday night and got it the next Monday. The packaging is wisely designed and feels very sturdy. The instruction is well written and the assembling is pretty easy and straightforward (I might be biased here because I watched the unboxing and review video on YouTube before I placed my order). The touch screen is fast responding, accurate and easy to use. The print bed alignment is nearly fully automatic. I chose the fast/recommanded version and all I had to do was just pressing the up and/or down arrow on the touch screen, without the need to tighten or loose any knob. The WIFI setup was also straightforward, though it could only detect my 2.5G WIFI instead of the 5G. I dont regard it as a problem since I always keep on the 2.5G for my Canon printer and some other smart home appliance. Then I quickly took off the preinstalled extruder with bronze nozzle and put on the the high temp one and tested printing out a Wahoo bike mount with Carbon Fiber PC, which I spent so much time with my old printer and always ended up with unsuccessful outcomes which were brittle and broke apart quickly under my torture testing. I was very excited that this time with the same filament but this new WiFi X-plus, the print was really strong and survived all the stresses. The only imperfection is that the there was some unsmoothness around the bottom layer side wall. I tried several different slicing settings and this was rather persistent. So I contacted the customer service listed in both the manual and the front panel of this printer. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and suggested that it could be because I set the extruder too close to the bed. I think she is correct because I noticed the base layer was so tightly adhering to the printing bed and it took much quite some effort to peel off the print. While Im adjusting the nozzle and trying a new print she is patiently slicing and testing printing out my STL file. Though we are still working on the solution to consumate my Wahoo mount print, its already way much better than what I received when I was trying to get some support for my old printer. For the versatile functionalities , and the superior customer service and support, I regard this printer very worth buying. I just feel pity that I didnt buy it at the time when looking for my first 3d printer.

> 24 hourI did quite a bit of research and ultimately decided to go with QIDI X-Plus. I am not disappointed at all with my choice. I did have to watch a youtube video from a current user along with the printed instructions to help with a few gaps for the first time set up, but other than that, Im happy with the print quality and easy to use software.
