> 3 dayI cant say enough about this printer. It is simply Amazing ...Sleek, Stylish, Quiet, Reliable, and the print quality is out of this world. Whether youre a complete amateur or a seasoned pro, this printer has everything you could want; Heated Hotbed, Auto-leveling feature, intuitive slicing software, easy-to-use touchscreen interface, and minimal assembly required. It even has an option to turn off interior lighting if you keep the machine in your bedroom. It only has a couple minor drawbacks, like the inability to edit heat levels while in mid-print (if you are running off a memory stick), and it will continue to print if it runs out of filament (instead of automatically shutting down like some printers), however, these are not a problem if you use the proper settings from the start. Customer service is also great. My motherboard short-circuited after a month (it was my mistake, I placed a binder clip too close to the extruder during the start of a print and the machine seized). Customer service not only replaced my motherboard but was also gracious enough to send me another extruder. This is the ONLY printer you will ever need. I own a BIBO and an JGAurora, and the QIDI X-Plus is, by far, my favorite printer. It truly is an engineering marvel.

> 3 dayFirst off, the printer is very well designed and rugged. I like the look and feel of an enclosed system. It almost feels like a commercial system. The instructions were easy enough to get up and get started. The prints turned out very nicely. I would say the highlight of the purchase has been the excellent customer service. As I was new to 3d printing, I had a lot to learn and made a few mistakes a long the way. The folks at Qidi Tech responded to my questions the same day, even on the weekends. They were very helpful and sent me instructional videos to teach me how to better use the printer. I cant recommend this printer enough and appreciate the great customer service from Qidi Tech.

> 3 dayThis is my first 3D printer so I didn’t know what to expect, I wanted to have the ability to experiment with different materials and this looked like a good choice. It can with the additional in the box, though I have not used it yet. I could use the included slicer because it’s windows/Mac only. It came with a Simplify3D profile so I have been using that. l with great success. I also tried Cura and it worked really well but the quality in Simplify3D seems better. PLA and PETG work great. I’ve used Hatchbox and eSun. I haven’t got ABS dialed in yet, small parts are amazing but larger parts suffer from warping. ABS has a really nice appearance and feel so I will have to dedicate more time. The printer is big and heavy. It’s well made, everything is accessible and user servicable. I have had to contact support And had answers within 24 hours. In one instance I asked where I could get a spare extruder ribbon connector because I had damaged the release button and a replacement was immediately sent under warranty by DHL - I had it in 3 days!!

Greater than one weekGreat printer for the price. Ive been printing non-stop for a couple of months now. There were two parts that broke down. After contacting tech support, they promptly sent new replacements parts at no cost. Its back to printing non-stop without any issues. Note, dont use the high heat extruder head with PLA, the print head will get clogged.

Greater than one weekThis printer is a massive step up from the ender 3 (my previous printer) having the enclosure makes it possible to print difficult filaments. The customer support is top notch, answers back fast with real solutions. A lot of their parts are proprietary but they are good at making sure you get what you need.

> 3 dayThis was my first 3D printer, I was having some difficulty at first but after learning some of the basics, I have found this printer works very well. My latest print which was 21hr polycarbonate print came out excellent on the first try. Polycarbonate is a more difficult filament which requires higher temperatures that many printers dont support. This printer helped me go from total noob to successful high difficulty prints in two weeks. My one complaint is that I have to remove and reinsert the USB stick every time I power it on, otherwise the wifi upload will fail. Just an inconvenience.

> 3 dayWorked almost perfectly out of the box. Initially I had a problem with adhesion with different PLA brand on Amazon, but I called the customer support and they were very helpful to set up the Fast Leveling settings. Prints perfectly once you have the right temperature and leveling, has a very good resolution quality prints.

> 3 dayThis printer has incredible quality. I had printed for the first 2 weeks I had it nonstop. I was changing the to try the high temp extruder and unplugged the ribbon cable and plugged it into the high temp extruder. Long story short, I short circuited the mainboard. I reached out to technical support and they guided me through perfectly on how to fix the printer. They sent me the new parts at no cost because of the warranty. They were very helpful to me with fixing the printer. Now it is printing great again!
