Ive been using this for about 8 months and it has, overall, worked quite well. When I have had a problem Ive had great response from tech support. I recently had to remove and replace the nozzle and feed tube and was happy to find videos that came on the included USB stick showing me how to do that, and the printer came with a set of tools for the job as well as a replacement nozzle and feed tube, so Im back in operation quickly. The tear-off plate on the bed is nice, with PLA adhering well to the top surface with no tape or glue required, only requiring glue when I use PETG and the back side of the plate. The Qidi slicer software works well enough that I havent used any other so far. Its a very nice printer.

Ive used four different 3D printers in this price range and another one thats above 3k. I have to say that this unit is by far the most satisfying machine considering how much it costs and what it can do. The tech support team has been super nice, responsive and helpful to solve my issues along my way. If you are researching for a 3D printer, this could be your last stop.

I have had this printer for a few years now. This is a very high quality printer. The parts on this printer are well made. The build plate is thick and has zero warping. Once leveled, this printer stays leveled for long periods of time so you get quality print after quality print. I also love the larger build plate. Parts do ship from China, but their customer service is outstanding and they do everything to make it right when you have a problem.

My unit printed without any issue unlike those 300 dollars entry level printers had tons of problem on the first try. The print came out so sturdy and more strength. Qidi slicer is a modded Cura with some plugins. One thing to notice is to follow instructional and manual carefully and do the lelveling the way they recommended it. Its very easy compared to other printers. Will use this and update u guys. After couple day of use I had some questions regarding printing and these guys were fast responders over Skype. Just make sure u you message them during their daytime. After i saw warranty info on other product. I decided to go with Qidi. Their warranty is very good and when I had issue with a filament. They went as far as asking for the brand of filament and the STL to help me test print. I was shocked. Anyways, just had to level my printer again they were great help. highly recommended.

The QIDI X-Plus is a great 3D printer. I am new to 3D printing but not new to technology. I’m very please with the items I’ve printed thus far and look forward to much printing in the future.

I researched prior to purchase and landed on this machine. I was looking for a mid priced printer that would be easy for a starter as I had read lots of reviews that made it sound like a very hard hobby to get into. This machine was perfect! Setup from the box and had it printing in no time. There were a few hiccups, but nothing like other people seem to have with a first printer. Only downside was the z-Rod was out of the track and I had to quickly fix that, but zero problems and great customer service since I opened it!

This printer worked flawlessly for several months and produced very high-quality prints. Easy to use, and you can customize the settings to exactly what works for you. In the few times I ran into problems (mainly blockages in the extruder), QIDI customer support responded quickly and with precise instructions that helped me get the printer up and running again in no time.

About four years ago, I bought my first 3D printer. There were then many models, makers, and options, and the number of options just grew further now. After searching a lot I settle down for the Qidi Tech X-One. It was the right price printer. It was built like to last forever, and the reviews of printing quality and especially about the customer support incredible. What happen since then? Everything I said in my previous paragraph was and still is true today. That little printer worked non stopped, it looks like a tank and any question posted to customer support after sales (not very often needed) was answer pretty much in 24 hrs, with clips of videos or links about how to fix what I was experiencing. Not just during the first year, after four years from my purchase too!! Recently, I have a problem and Linda and Sherri followed up with their techs fast and promptly, and helped me to find the issue and ordered the parts - even while I was traveling and not close to the printer to provide all the information needed. All that during the Covid19 time!! I was looking to upgrade to a bigger printer and even if I love my old printer nows back and working perfectly, I decided to buy a bigger one. It was almost a no brainer to select another Qidi model. The one that was perfect for me was this X-Plus design. The range of capabilities of materials this printer can work with is fantastic, has the same robust design, attention to small details to increase the quality, and in particular, Qidis secret weapon the After Sales support. Wondering if one day I would look into another 3D maker... As long as Qidi still following what they are doing up to today, it will be hard to consider other brands. I am sure there are other great printers out there, but QIdi has been making excellent printers, packing them with additional features at very reasonable prices, and standing behind their products with pride. Qidi may not be the cheapest unit one can buy for the size of printer platform, but when you add all the capabilities, the quality, the features, and how much they want you to have fun and success printing in 3D, is hard to be disappointed with your purchase. You will not. X-Plus is a magnificent 3D printer. I had to learn about new settings not so important while using a smaller printer but is like when you upgrade to a bigger and better car. You will feel the difference, but there is no way you regret and want to go back! Kudos again Qidi - you have a customer for life! PS.: Love it so much that decided to get a third Qidi after 2 months of buying the X-Plus. There is a killer price for their Resin 3D Printer Shadow 5.5s after the 6 Pro was launched. I couldnt resist learning about LCD 3D printers. Having fun with that too!!

Love this printer goes perfectly with my X-Max. It’s quiet and works great. Having a regular extruder and with it coming with a high temp extruder I was able to print carbon fiber polycarbonate perfectly. After I received it within less than a week I had it up and printing in about 20-30 min after opening. Would highly recommend.

I dont have any prior experience with 3d printing and Ive been extremely satisfied thus far. The provided slicing software has been satisfactory, though I have not begun using any of the more difficult-to-use filaments or the provided high-temperature print head. But if you want a printer that requires no fuss or hassle right out of the box, this is a solid option to consider.
