Ive printed several items with ease with no prior experience with 3d printing. Came with everything needed to start printing. Customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend machine!

Love it. It takes tweaking like every other printer although PLA prints pretty much perfect right out of the box and most other things do pretty well. Its very capable and comes with everything you need for demanding filaments like nylon and PC. The best part though is the customer service. The folks at QIDI respond so fast and are extremely knowledgeable. Theyll look at what your trying to print and the materials and try to dial in your settings to help you get the perfect print. Seriously, I have never waited more than 6 hours for a response even though they said they respond within 24hrs.

I received the machine and I was impressed with the print quality. I have used $150 ebay ones and high end professional machines that cost $50K. The machine started shutting itself off randomly about a week after receiving it and using it. Called Linda in tech support and over several days she was able to guide me through the trouble shooting process. They provided me with videos to show me how to disassemble it and test the components. After the faulty board was identified, they send me the correct part and machine has not had anymore issues. I print constantly and no issues after part replacement. Great customer service and very happy with the print quality. It is also very easy to use for the new person that wants to get into 3D printing.

I have owned my Qidi X Plus printer for a year and it is a workhorse. I have had it printing, at times, 24/7 with no hiccups at all. I experienced an issue recently that required tech support. Linda at tech support responded within a very short time. She gave me very good instructions, with videos, and we worked through the issue quickly. Linda sent me a replacement power supply, honored the warranty with no question, and I am back up and running. When I need to add another printer I will look to Qidi first.

I had the printer up and running within an hour of unboxing. Print quality is good. Customer service is excellent.

Fantastic printer. I had an ender 3 that only brought my troubles, this one has been a treasure in comparison.

I bought this printer for my son, and its been great. He has printed items from small to quite large.

The line of printers is great! And tech support is fantastic! They DO live not in the states, so expect responses late (but thoroughly) I love that the printers are enclosed and direct drive.

Ive made numerous parts on this machine, and havent had any problems with it. Not a single wasted print! It worked perfectly out of the box, and needed only a little tweaking of the Z offset in QiDi Print (0.1mm in my case) to get the first layers down right. If youre considering a 3D printer, then look no further. This printer is incredible.
