I bought this product since the rating is very good for too many people. This was not wrong. As Im an expert on 3d printer I cannot tell this is absolutely good. However, I choose this because web-based printing is too expensive. Im dependent heavily on technical support and their support is really good. This time my filament got broken and after having tried several attempts to fix failed one. They sent a replacement right away. I appreciate for this and hopefully, they build a more robust products so that they dont lose money.

Im new to 3d printing, but this printer made it easy to get started. The people at customer service are really helpful and get back to me quickly whenever I need help. I love the magnetic print bed; the prints stick well and are also easy to remove. The printer also came with an extra high temperature extruder, so Ive been able to print in Polycarbonate and other filaments that run hotter. Love it!

This was my first purchase of a 3d printer and I could not be more pleased with my printer and the support from the company. Product arrived very quickly and any questions or issues I had with the machine were answered in under 12 hours. The customer support for this purchase was far above expectations. I am already looking at making another purchase of this product line. This printer is a top notch device and a work horse. I run this printer constantly and it lives up to every bit of hype from the reviews I did prior to purchase.

I like would start out by saying I have had the printer for 8 months now, and that this is the first 3D printer I have ever owned or operated. When the unit arrived, I was immediately impressed with the “meaty” construction. It felt more like a production machine than something for hobby use. Getting it out of the shipping box was the hardest part of the setup process for me. Qidi made the rest a piece of cake. I have a few friends that have 3D printers and I get this feeling they like my Qidi more than their 3d printers but will not admit it, at least not yet. Everyone makes positive remarks on the print quality, and if they actually see the unit, they always comment on the heavy duty construction. The written instructions that came with the printer were a little hard to follow which I think was a translation issue between languages. The instructional videos were silent and could use a touch of narration but were still useful in the learning process. Like any newbie I started out making some silly mistakes. One of which involved me not leveling the bed correctly which concluded with me etching a nice square on my bed mat. The other was a little worse and required a half set extruder which technically Qidi was not responsible for since it really was my mistake. But Linda from Qidi did not hesitate to send me a replacement and followed-up to make sure I had received it and I was printing again! They really do have excellent tech support.

Alex with customer service responded promptly and prfessionally with problems I was having and together we were eventually able to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend the purchase of this item especially if you are new to 3D printing.

Runs circles around our MakerBot replicator, Customer service is excellent! Linda was very helpful when we had a problem, sent new parts out and followed up to make everything was ok.

At first with this printer I absolutely loved it! Then a few months in I had a few problems. I contacted the support team, and they took care of it and more! I have reviewed plenty of products and have had many problems with many products and no product I have ever owned or even heard about is as good as Qidi tech! They absolutely deserve more than what they have because they are the best company in the world!

The printer is not printing very well, and up to my expectations whenever I initially purchased it. That being said it did take me multiple months in order to get to this point. The default print quality using settings the printer comes with was decent, I just had high expectations. It’s been a couple of months and I’ve had to go through a lot of troubleshooting in order to achieve the level of printing quality that I’m at now. But Id Say that I am happy with the results that I am getting.

The moment you open the box, you know you have a quality machine. Superb packing and easy assembly. From time of unpacking to the first print was about a half-hour. It might have gone a little quicker if I had taken the time to read all the directions. I kind of skipped the part telling me all the software was on the thumb drive. When it comes to customer support, you would be hard pressed to beat it. I had an issue and contacted someone named Linda. Im assuming its a women as the interaction was by email.. She knew her stuff. Very polite, was able to quickly resolve the issue without a lot of red-tape. The only things they could improve on would be a live person to call or chat with. Improve their Amazon store. There is a huge difference in pricing for consumables between their Amazon and Ebay stores. If your looking great printer in eas of use and appearance a QIDI should be where you start
