Printer is well built had it up and running about 15 minutes after taking it out of the box, lots of files to download from various sites on the internet. I am still learning, it will take a while especially if you want to create and build your on designs but there is a lot of potential for this to be a good hobby. Support has been great and they are extremely responsive and helpful if you get stuck or have problems. I would recommend if you are in the market for a nice 3d printer to get this one.

I was up and printing with this within an hour. I had a lot of early success with small prints -- not much tweaking needed (a little), but did run into some typical printing issues when I moved to bigger projects. I reached out to after sales support and they have been responsive and helpful. I feel like this was a great purchase to begin my 3d printing hobby and Im having a lot of fun making things out of thin air with this cool technology. I love that this is contained in a sturdy case and everything seems very solid so far. Ive printed probably 30 things over the past 2 weeks with a very high success rate -- and most of the failures are just learning about models and when supports and different adhesion types are necessary, not the printers fault. There is going to be a learning curve with 3d printing, but I feel like this printer has lessened that curve for me. Id highly recommend this as a first printer, but what is most exciting about it for me is the extra features and high-temp extrude that come with it so that when I am ready to do more advanced items, I also have that ability with just a few changes. Edit 5/06/23 - I have had this printer for a couple months now and have enjoyed it very much. The support I have received from Qidi could not be better. They have helped me troubleshoot issues and have provided solutions. They have sliced and printed files to verify nothing is wrong with the file itself. 3D Printing as a hobby can be filled with trial, error, and learning. Qidi support has helped me through this all. I know when I email I will receive a fast and knowledgeable response. Im still very happy I made this choice for my first printer.

Im a newbie to 3d printing. I do have some experience with graphics and CAD, but none using a 3d printer. That said, I was able to set this printer up (almost nothing to do except level the bed, which is simple), and print the supplied test model within about 30 minutes. The software is very easy to learn and use, and the printer works flawlessly. Its quiet, fast, and accurate. After a week, Ive designed and printed 50-60 items, some as complex as a jewelry box with a sliding drawer (see photo), and have never had a failure of the printer. Its amazingly reliable and trouble-free. I had put off getting into 3D printing, thinking it would be an endless string of tweaking and adjusting, but this printer is ready to go right out of the box. Ive printed using PLA, ABS, and PETG, and had zero problems with any of them.

This printer does wonders for the price point, probably even surpassing costlier options. Print quality is amazing, even when using cheaper quality filaments. So far I have printed 10 items and each one has completed without a hitch. Did have some issues during setup but these were quickly resolved by their phenomenal tech support. They quickly responded and helped me solve the issues. Highly recommend this printer to anyone trying to get into 3D printer or even seasoned veterans. You will not be disappointed!!!

This is a great single extruder machine. Very well constructed and stable. Turn Key out of the box printing. You can think of it like a microwave just need to get it plugged in and its ready to go. Good quality prints, have done a few 48 hour prints with no issue. The only time I had an issue was due to how I had a complex model sliced, an ellipse profile spiraling along a curved path, I emailed their after sales support, Linda, and sent them the files I was using and they found a different way to slice model and sent the files back to me. They sales support is very helpful and usually responds same day. Great machine, support, and slicing software

I have had this printer for over a year and it is amazing. It is perfect for beginners and pros. The only thing better than the product is the customer service. I recently ran into my first jam and was lost. Linda from Qidi was with me every step of the way sending detailed videos and instructions until I was back up and running. If you are in the market for a 3-d printer, I cant recommend Qidi enough, their quality and customer service are second to none

The tech support is also amazing my main board died and qidi had a replacement to me in less than a week definitely would buy from them again

This printer is very easy to figure out and creates amazing objects. However, the best part is the customer service. We had a problem where filament got stuck in the feeder and emailed the company. Within 12 hours they mailed us back w/ a link to 2 different videos explaining how to take apart the head and fix it and it worked. Very happy w/ the purchase.

Ive been using the X-Plus Ⅱ for three years now, and Im continually impressed by their technical support. As a beginner, I had a lot of questions and concerns when I first started using the printer, but the support team was incredibly helpful and patient. Not only did they provide clear, detailed instructions whenever I encountered an issue, but they even went above and beyond by sending me videos to help explain things more clearly. Overall, I cant recommend QIDIs technical support enough - they truly care about their customers and are always willing to go the extra mile to help.

The line of printers is great! And tech support is fantastic! They DO live not in the states, so expect responses late (but thoroughly) I love that the printers are enclosed and direct drive.
