This is my first 3d printer. Its been really fantastic. Ive never had any issues at all. I like that it has an automatic shut off option. Its really plug and print. So far Ive only used the PLA that it came with. I like that you can use filament from any maker. The build plate is awesome! I have made so many prints, and stopped using the glue stick. The heated build plate took care of that. The prints come off the flexible plate very well. Ive been using tinkercad, and Sculptress. I have been prototyping some challenging things that contain small tube structures. It can even print a small tube within a tube! Amazing detailed prints. Ive made some lithographs. Really cool! This printer has never let me down. Ive made over 100 prints so far! It also looks great, and its quiet. The pictures of the little guys are about 2, and 2.5 inches tall. On the smaller one you can see the texture I gave it! The pictures on the right are lithographs. If you hold them up to light, then they look like a photograph. The small one is only 2 tall. QiDi slicer gives you a smoothing function, that I used on the big one. I havent used the high temp head yet, but cant wait to. I love love love the quality of this machine! 10 stars!

This printer is for my company. It has an amazing print quality, I recieved it in a week of placing my order which was amazing. The closed environment, powerful heated bed, extruder that goes up to 300°C and large print size makes this perfect for companies, hobbiests and anyone who wants wide range of print capabilites that many printers dont offe, this is the one.

An excellent, almost perfect printer. This is a printer, with excellent cost benefit, with several strengths, they are: -very good print quality, -print any type of material, mes nylon and carbon fiber -with robust structure and high quality parts -Excellent after-sales service, and product warranty Points that can improve: - The motherboard is proprietary and does not have a USB port that allows access to the terminal, the USB port that it has is only for reading a pendrive (this makes Octaprint solutions impossible or very difficult to use) - the printing table is wonderful, made of spring steel, but the cover should be replaced by PEI. (Easy to solve, just change the table for one from Whan Bam or put a 3M PEI sheet in place of the white film that comes with it the table ) Conclusion: I highly recommend this printer, you will not find another option that comes as complete for this price!

I purchased this printer as a replacement/upgrade to an older Qidi Tech 1 printer. It is definitely generations ahead of that predecessor. The build is remarkable. Sturdy workmanship from top to bottom. Sometimes the sales description is stretched here and there but that is not the case here. Just the weight alone says its built to last. When I first unboxed it I was impressed with the accessories included from hand tools to extra nozzles and even a spool of Hatchbox brand filament. The box it was packaged in stated clearly it was to be a Team Lift and boy were they right. Once I got the box on the table I could tell they designed it to reach its destination without a scratch. Packaging was great. All I had to do was remove the Styrofoam and plug it in. No muss no fuss . I plugged in the power cord in the back and pushed the button on the front and it was ready. Build plate is held in place by magnets imbedded in the traveler. You actually need to almost pry off the flexible and removable plate. Its quiet running even with all of the fans inside. There is a small but efficient touch screen panel that displays all the information and statistics relating to your print job. I was surprised that when you transmit your model to it via Wi-Fi it displays all of the other project files as well. Im sure there is a maximum but I havent hit it yet. Some people might complain that you have to keep a thumb drive plugged in while printing but I find that to be another plus because its simply a portable backup of your transmissions. No need to resend if power is lost. And speaking of lost power, I found its ability to restart following power loss reassuring as well as the filament sensor included and mounted on the back. If your into printing Carbon Fiber or Nylon there is a high temp. extruder head included as well. In short I couldnt find anything to complain about in this Qidi (still havent figured out how to pronounce that one) printer. I did need to reach out to tech support due to my inexperience with 3d printing and they responded to every one of my questions as promptly as can be expected from someone located half a world away. No complaints there either. They were willing to act as a mentor to assist with my learning curve. If you are in the market for a new printer I definitely believe this one is worth the price. They even have them staged on this side of the world so shipping is accomplished in less that a week. Simple incredible.

This is a well designed and built machine. I have found it to be a solid performer and the quality of the prints it produces are amazing. The only issue I have had is a minor bent bolt on the bed leveling system. I contacted support and they went way above and beyond. I have to say that the Qidi Tech customer support is top of the line and really show that they care for their customers! When you have a company that produces great products and support them to this level you have a winner. Needless to say, I will be sticking with this brand!!!

I love the simplicity of the machine. It is easy to understand the process and user-friendly (even for a retired grandma : )) With a heated print bed and a generous build size I was able to make the large star and the hanging lamp shown in pictures, as well as hundreds of other great prints. The best thing I have found about Qidi printers (I now have two) is their outstanding customer service. Questions are almost always answered withing the day and the information is ALWAYS helpful. On the X-Plus-visibility is pretty good so you can check your print easily. You will not regret your purchase!

I had an issue with the printer and emailed them. I received a response from them in hours, and by that night they already had send me information on troubleshooting. After the support staff figured out the problem, they mailed out the pieces I needed to fix the problem right away. I am really impressed by Qidi’s service and also the support videos that they sent out. You could easily get a cheaper printer, but the support is worth the extra money.

I have ordered from Qidi before and had an excellent experience with them and their line of printers. I was looking for a larger printer so I went with the X-plus. The printer is packaged very well with an extra hi-temp extruder, roll of filament, and a nice tool kit. I was up and running in under 30 minutes. I did run into an issue with my LCD screen so I emailed Linda at Quidi and explained the issue. She responded very fast with instructions to follow to isolate the issue. a few emails later and she had a replacement lcd screen on the way. I had the part in under a week and the customer service was the best I have seen from an Amazon supplier. Linda responder to every e-mail I sent in a very timely manner. I will buy from Qidi in the future because they have a solid printer with great customer service to go with it.

Great quality of print and easy to use

I bought this printer several weeks ago and I can tell you it is one of the best printers I ever purchased for less than $1000. I purchase another printer prior to buying this at $1400 but it was incapable of doing prints to the same high quality as this one. The ease of use for the qidi makes this printer exceptional. Has a very nice finish on it. The print bed is nice and big and most of all the customer support is very responsive. Im gonna recommend this printer to any one starting out or for the more advanced user!!
