Easy camera setup, good picture quality and good customer service. I had a problem with one of my cameras and they quickly shipped me out a replacement. Plenty of room to add additional cameras. You will probably need to also purchase the junction boxes to mount your camera on depending on your mounting location. Everything can easily be setup right from your phone and can be shared for others to view if you invite them. The audio and night vision is good.

This unit was easy to install and set up.

I upgraded to this system from a system that had 720p and 1080p cameras. Ill be honest I cant see the difference in these 4k cameras and the 720p cams. The audio is terrible, the picture is grainy, and the zoom doesnt exist. I have attached photos of a yield sign that is IN MY YARD. You cant even make out the word on the sign. This is a sad sad sad system and I desperately wanted it to be good.

Cameras are fine, installation was easy. Love the POE so no need for an outlet at every camera location. Main gripe is the INCREDIBLY loud DVR/HDD enclosure for the system. Literally will drive you crazy. Keep this in mind if you are installing it somewhere near your desk or bed. My office is air conditioned, never raising above 73 degrees. As for their support, incredibly cumbersome with no actual person to speak with. Message portal through their website. Had hoped for a better experience with a 1k security system

The company that I work for uses these systems at several of their locations. These are the Pros and Cons we have dealt with so far: PROS: 1. Excellent video quality 2. Great motion detection 3. Great night vision 4. Fairly easy to install (plug and play) 5. Neatly packaged with everything you need for an install 6. They have a PC app and a mobile app in which you can view multiple of these devices simultaneously from anywhere. 7. You can setup email and phone alerts for when motion is detected. 8. Fairly easy to use interface. CONS: 1. One of the units we purchased had a bad port on the system which was DOA. (We were able to get a replacement, though.) 2. One of the units has been having issues where it continuously reboots when connected to the internet. Solutions for this problem found online have proven unsuccessful. 3. When using the PC or mobile app, there is no way to log out of one user and into another user without deleting the entire NVR from the app and re-adding it. (This needs to be added) 4. When using the PC or mobile app with multiple NVRs connected, and you are trying to view only one NVR system, the other devices automatically reload/reconnect multiple times, and you have to manually drag each camera over to the view area for the device you want. 5. The record time with the 3TB drive only lasts for about 7-9 days. (This can be extended a bit when turning off continuous recording and turning the quality down or adding another HDD) All-in-all, these are decent systems and work great for the most part. Just make sure to check all of the equipment before installation to verify it is working before installing.

Very nice system easy to set up

I have these cameras on my farm, have had trouble with theft, I really like the clarity of the 4K cameras, the app and the NVR are very user friendly, I have contacted customer support a couple different times and they are very responsive and very helpful, I did not have any issues with my equipment it was just for personal information I was acquiring about and equipment I was looking to add, the only thing I really dislike is the sensitivity on the push alerts, at night vision bugs set it off all the time, and during the day when the sun is in and out of the clouds it triggers alerts quite a bit, only reason I’m giving 4 stars which I found out thru customer service they are fixing to release some different cameras that detect human movement so you dont get all the false alerts, overall I am happy with my purshase, I am able to sit at home and watch all 8 cameras several miles away, and I can hear everything out there, at night I turn them on and just listen to the crickets, I would purchase this again and I look forward to adding some of the newer cameras to my system, the night vision pictures have no external lighting at all, it is completely dark around that area

Very disappointed with this system! It seems to have the capability of identifying my other cameras but Reolink will not allow them to be viewed or record by their software. And for the price you would think they would have allowed you to use a cordless mouse, so the system could be placed in a secure place. I am replacing a system that was 1/3 of the price but was allowed to view and record other cameras on MY network and it even allowed me to use a cordless mouse.
