The picture quality and night vision are good, the the program however, is not very user friendly. We are in the process of installing these cameras and every time we add one to the NVR it ends up in a random position on the grid. We figured out how to move the order around on the monitor we have connected to the NVR, but it doesn’t carry over to the app. What’s even more frustrating, is that from app to app, nothing is in the same order. On the iPad we have to show a grid of 9 just to see the 3 cameras we have installed thus far! And as far as we can tell, there is no way to reorder the cameras within the app. What good is surveilling your property, if you have to jump all around looking for a particular scene? Reolink, please fix this!

This is my second time with reolink and its a nightmare, i bought this kit and it works good only for 3 days and tiene begins my nightmare i start to lose signal from 2 or 3 cameras, so i try to reset and problem solve but one day after again, 2 or 3 cameras lose signal and everytime it was a diferent camera, and now it getting worse i lose signal from all the cameras. I already did everything that suporte of reolink told me but nothing works from more thab 2 days. Im returning this.

Should be better setting for motion detecting its detecting like everything. I am receiving notifications from leaves shadow as a car direction. Otherwise its great product with the good resolution cameras

What a nightmare. Ive used lots of professional level POE cameras, but three cords coming out of the camera (one with a reset button, one with a power connector, and one with a network plug RJ45) are nothing but a pain.

Camera quality is awesome! I did have an issue with the app, but support quickly got on it, actually had to create a new firmware. However, once they pushed it out, everything working great.

This is a replacement for my Q-See security system I own. After installing the 8 cameras and setting up my preferences I was amazed how clear and simple it was to install. Picture and audio is excellent.

After 4 months the camera stop connecting to the cellphone. Contacted Reolink and no one returned emails. Stay away

Heres what I can tell you after a month...This system is tops! Weve all seen the cheapo camera systems on display at your local big box stores - well this is not one of those. The resolution on the cameras is great and I cannot say enough good things about the system overall. For the consumer market, the Reolink system is likely at the top when it comes to a full POE system with great resolution cameras. The AI seems to perform as expected - although I am still learning to tune that better for smart alerting and cutting down on un-needed alerts. The cost/performance on this system is near commercial grade. I did add an extra dome camera to my order because I had that many areas I wanted to cover - but 8 cameras with 8 available channels to expand into made this a no brainer. My only gripe so far is the features on either the PC or Mac clients (I have both at home). I would really like to see Reolink put some extra development efforts into the software apps and even the NVR operating system itself. If you are not using the provided patch cords and decide to run your own POE cables, be sure to use the T-568-B cable pinout for runs. Also for ANY POE runs, I recommend you get pure copper cable and NOT CCA (copper clad aluminum). Just a professional recommendation. Theres plenty of videos on the tube to give you installation tips for the cameras and NVR.
