I’ve had this system for over a year I have 16 cameras I’ve had to replace them quite frequently especially the ones on the outside they keep getting water corrosion they Aren’t sealed well for moisture which affects the cameras picture. Customer service is the absolute worst it’s a joke at most you can’t get anybody on the phone nobody will respond to the emails if they do respond is once every four or five days I’ve had to replace six cameras so far I have another six and need to be replaced and that’s been taken over two months to get those replaced do not order this crappy system I have the 4K cameras I have eight megapixel cameras I have 12 megapixel cameras all are problematic the system is slow the cameras aren’t synced trash.

One of the cameras is defective. Amazon wants me to take the rest of the working cameras all down and return it so they can send me 8 brand new cameras. I only need 1 and offered a return and was denied.

I installed this system plus 4 more cameras at my shop and it works good, nice quality and easy to use.

I bought these cameras so I could stream them publicly. The reolink app is no good for that. They do not disclose that the cameras have RTSP disabled. Even worse, it is done so for no reason at all other than to spite the consumer. thirtythreeforty/neolink on Github has released a workaround proxy in order to get streaming.. But still, this is terrible and I would be returning the cameras if I didnt wait a month to open them..

This is a compound in Africa I am monitoring from USA. This system is very good. The zoom mechanism is owesome. Night vision is also good but could be improved. Tech support is however not great. Last time I called just trying to ask about cables the 3rd party company that assists them just couldnt help. They said they do not offer full support, just where to buy the product.

This unit was easy to install and set up.

It is hard to believe that anyone gave this company a single good review. The night vision stinks, also has 850nm IR which gives off red glow that gives away the fact that there is a camera recording. The reason to not use white light is to hide the fact that recording is in progress and where the cameras are located in the first place. Nowhere on Reolinks site does it give this fact. Reolink hides many facts about their systems. I spent days asking questions that are hidden/not mentioned on their site. They also do not tell you that the CAT cable is the cheapest made on the market. They refuse to give you a number where you can contact support, they want you to send them a message each time wait days for a reply, not even a chat. Then the reply will not answer your questions in detail like you ask them to. There is no way for you to scroll through the cameras unless you use a mouse which means you have to go sit by the NVR (recorder). Remotes were invented in 1950, forget it in Reolinks systems.!! Want to hook it up to your TV, want to scroll through, make changes to cameras, look at them while sitting in your chair where you watch TV, Forget it.!! Want to extend the poor distance of their night vision, forget it, they say it cannot be done..!! Want to set up only part of the cameras on a system to full time recording, forget it, they say it will but it does not work..!! Ask them which type of HDD is in the NVR, forget it, they do NOT know..! Go to their site, type in instruction manual, detection adjustment, for your system instructions and nothing comes up. Box states states up to 4k, should be able to identify a person who is in your yard, at much lower resolution but the pics/ video is very grainy, I made many adjustments with no improvement. Read Tag on vehicle at 20 yards forget that too. Zoom in the picture/video gets even worse. Terrible company and systems.

These are incredibly easy to use camera systems. Everything is basically plug and play. Upgrading the hard drives for larger storage is a breeze as well. Ive bought several of these units and will be purchasing another one this week!

The picture quality is great, the menu along with a few other features are lacking. The night vision is great. Overall very happy with this camera set. Glad I went with the 16 channel because we will need a few more cameras to cover everything.

I have been using the system for about 2 weeks now. The cameras have a great picture, the night vision works great. It was fairly easy to set up the NVR, the directions could be a little more detailed.
