System keeps freezing all the time, you never know which camera will stop working, this is definitely not security system, you can not depend on it, good toy, but, do not be stupid like me,do not waste your money

Reolink is ok at first. The cameras dont last outside. After the first rain, their outdoor cameras had water get in behind the lenses. They were constantly foggy due to that. ARLO cameras are far better quality, they have a better reach, better picture quality, better app. Just all around better than reolink!!

So the system I installed for one of my clients was a 4K POE 16-CH system. After 2 days of use 1 of the cameras stopped showing up on the monitor but would buffer in and out via remote view on her phone. My first thought maybe the cat 5 line was bad, so I tested the line and it passed. I email Reolink warranty department to get a replacement camera and that didn’t go as planned. I’ve did all of the troubleshooting, sent pics, sent videos, via 4 back and forth emails from Reolink. And they still want me to do more troubleshooting. Smh.... This is a complete inconvenience. I was going to use them for my go-to camera brand but not with all this run-around crap. Update: 10/27/20. Warranty department helped me out on this purchase and my future purchases. Will shop with them again.

This camera was a bit on the pricey side but the quality is very very good. Very clear images and wide angles. The set up and installation was simpler than our last system and was relatively easy. The system was already set up to plug and play. The app set up on phone was very easy but it totally drains your phone battery. This camera system is approx 30lbs shipping weight.

These were perfect for our home. Highly recommend

I was concerned that no manual other than a small installation quick start guide was supplied. Once installed, operation is very intuitive. Want to watch on a phone? Simply scan the QR code after installing the app and within moments, you have all the cameras on your phone. Want audio on your phone? Click on the speaker icon, enable audio, and you hear incredibly clear audio! Love this system, I’m ordering another system fin another property.

I live in a turn of the century farmhouse. 1907. Thick wall. Lots of walls. The wireless system I was using kept losing signal. After researching, decided to try these PoE cameras. While a bit of a pain to run cables from inside, to basement, to outside the house, it was worth it. Never lose signal. Pictures is amazing at 4k. Night vision is easily 100 feet and clear as glass. It just worked out of the box, no hassles. (I did upgrade to CAT6 Cables. 300 ft.) The android app actually looks better than my TV screen. For remote access, its nearly identical to being on my wifi at home with the mobile app and my cell phone away from home. Cameras open fairly quickly, and still have great picture. On 4g anyway. This is the 3rd security system Ive bought. First 2 were wireless. This will be the last system Ill have to buy for quite awhile. I was hesitant to spend this kind of money at first, but it was worth it.

I purchased in July of 2021 and installed in September of 20211. Its now March of 2022 (5 months later and one of my cameras isnt functioning. The camera isnt in the direct elements. My soffits are 24 inches wide so all of my cameras are about 12 inches from the edge. I am a professional network cabling installed for a living, With that being said I borrowed some equipment (Ideal Signal Tech CT) from office scan the cable. The cable is NOT the issue. I removed the camera and patch the camera directly into the NVR and tried on a different open port too. I also tried to the reset button. Camera simply stopped working.
