> 3 dayWhen I install it first it was working fine for a week then I started having problems viewing live online I contacted customer service they told me to update the software I did that and it started working fine but after one week same thing happened it says failed to view I contacted customer service again they released another update and finally now its working

Greater than one weekWe ordered this for our home security. WELL WORTH IT. We have had some kids come through opening doors on automobiles and if unlocked stealing what is in there. Our cameras were the only ones in the whole neighborhood that had a clear picture that the police were able to use to find the kids. Its not over the internet so no worries in someone hacking it. It stores on the hub at your house, there is an app to be able to view (in real time no delay) over your phone. I can also set alerts to know when an automobile, or person, or animal is detected on any camera. no monthly service charges either.

> 3 dayThe documentation is really lacking, fortunately the startup walks through most everything you need. I have a monitor connected to the NVR as well as the app running on an iPhone and windows PC all of which work great. I replaced a Q-SEE system this if a far better system Excellent customer service. Every time I contacted Reolink by email, had a Quick and thorough response. I am very impressed.
