First order came defective (fan was screaming) so gave it a second chance and ordered replacement that came fine. Setup was quick and easy. Automatically identified on the network and instantly connected to remote access as well. So far no complaints

We got the cameras almost a year ago. We really like them, the picture is nice and clear. And the price was not bad. We have family members who have different cameras and wished they got those instead. And we can watch and replay from our phones even if we arent home or see it on the tv at Home which makes it a bit bigger.

The cabling provided was very cheap (didnt use it and went to a commercial grade of Cat6 cable instead). The instructions are useless (maybe they should just put a notice to watch YouTube or go to their website). I am still working out installation issues, but that has nothing to do with the wired product purchased. The clarity is fine, but the night vision is weak, would recommend spending the extra and getting the color vision night lights; there are mini flood lights built in. The two way talk is another feature with a camera that I would purchase separately. The interface to my computer works well, but have issues with remote or wifi connection to a laptop (still trying to trouble shot that one, only get the first camera feed, nothing from the others). For any system to work well (or as expected by the end user), you have to do a lot of planning and presetting of cameras. I used temporary clamp mounts and a tripod to see if what is desired is the right location. The angle of view on the cameras is a little narrow (it really isnt wide angle, but you can buy a separate type of camera if that is you desire). I havent actually tried tech support, so everything on-line seems to be good. So this is the fourth day of my installation. Im old, 71, and getting up and down a ladder and into the attic space is a challenge. There are some setup functions that must really be done at the NVR. Some I can modify or change at the computer (which doesnt seem to make sense to me, but Im working on that). I think that 4 stars is a good, fair judgement.

Great system, easy setup and as described. We also decided to purchase a few of the other type REOLINK cameras to go with the system, to give them a try, too. Theyre just as wonderful! The phone app is easy to use and works amazing. Very pleased with our purchase!

Good system

Motion alarms are pretty much non-stop. You have to just turn them off. Also night vision uses a visible spectrum of red light. So everyone sees the light on the camera. So do bugs. So if you put these outside, bugs swarm them and cause more motion alarms.

Longtime NVR user for residential, had 8yrd old Swann system, cameras and NVR build was good, but recently upgraded to newer swann, was no impressed. So returned to Amazon, searched, read up reviews, YT vids, etc, using only Amazon (US) to buy from, surprisingly not a wide variety of brands to selection from. Received the equipment, even the boxing was top notch, all cameras even the PTZ i bought was excellent build. The set up to network was easier than the 8yrs old Swann i had. Note the PTZ dome can utilize the same ethernet to move camera. Just dont go crazy with it. The picture quality is clear 1080 type. Comparable to the previous 1080p I purchased, keep in mind the UI is same as all other brands now, the new Swann I returned used exact same UI, so nothing different in features available, that depends on type of NVR or cameras purchased. I chose the H.265 due to the compression rates, its good, set up on my cell phone was even easier than I thought, picked up device right away. Note i have not set up external access yet and have yet to seek tech support, as when setting up remote access there a variety ways to do this, best call this company to help. Security and prevention of hack in should be considered. Definitely will recommend this product to others.

Installed this with Orbi mesh router and satellites- using POE hubs attached to satellites. Once cameras placed and connected to POE hub attached to mesh satellite- camera auto configured on the NVR. Very happy with this unit

This is a replacement for my Q-See security system I own. After installing the 8 cameras and setting up my preferences I was amazed how clear and simple it was to install. Picture and audio is excellent.
